Stampin’ Up! Simply Pretty Florals in Bloom Birthday Card

Happy Saturday, y’all! When you read this we’ll be getting on the road for the last day to home! Yeah!

Or – we’ll still be sound asleep cuz we’re too tired to get up and do our normal “early start”! Hard to say, really. Regardless – this is our shortest day so…hopefully we’ll be at the home-drome before dark! I’m quite ready to be out of the truck for a bit – and I KNOW Wayne is, too! The dogs? Meh. They’re sleeping their way to GA. Long as we keep the walks – and the food – and the bones – and their beds…coming, they’re good to go! 🙂

My card today is…NOT my card. It’s my friend Beth Kist’s card – and it’s super pretty! It features some new Florals in Bloom DSP and the coordinating Pretty Florals bundle (two Online Exclusives) and a sentiment from the Simply Said Mix & Match Stamp Set (which carried over into the 2025-2026 Annual Catalog). Today – I want to share a wunnermus ALTERNATIVE card – created using pieces and parts of the Inked Occasions kit. It was made by my friend and CNCK team mate Beth Kist. Stampin’ UP! Pretty Cards We’ve Received in Colorado!

Good morning and happy Friday! Hope you have some nice plans for Easter weekend!

So – if someone asked me “what is the best thing about being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator?” – what do you think I’d answer?

The fun stamping tools, pretty papers, perfectly coordinated colors? Well – those are great but…nope.

The discount? Awesome – yes. The best thing? Nope.

How about…getting to see AND order new goodies and products early?

Hmm….well….nope!

So – what is it?

It’s the people. The customers who have become friends – people I’d never have “met” (Virtually or otherwise) – without Stampin’ Up! My team mates – the folks who decided to join Stampin’ Up! and did it with me – becoming part of my Stampin’ Up! family.

100% – the people that I call friends – who I know BECAUSE of Stampin’ Up! – is THE best part.

Case in point. As I am here with my Mom in Colorado – I’ve had team mates make cards for me to blog to share with you – because I can’t and they know that it’s important to me.

I get e-mails, texts and FB messages nearly every day – just touching base, asking how I am, asking if we need anything.

My mom and I have received cards in the mail – these are people who don’t know my mom at all – but because they know ME – they’ve taken the time to make and send HER a beautiful, hand-made card.

Stampin’ UP! Pretty Petals Linked Together Card

Well – good morning on Monday! I hope you had an awesome weekend and that your week – at work or otherwise! – is looking to be a good one!

My card today features a couple of things that are leaving us soon! 🥺 We all know that the 2023-2025 In Colors will be retiring soon and, for a lot of folks – there’s a lot of sadness over that – especially over losing Boho Blue! And the Pretty Petals stamp set and bundled dies are on the Last Chance chance list which means THEY’RE leaving, too! I grabbed a two-step sentiment from the Linked Together stamp set and used some of my favorite paper – the Timeless Plaid 6″ x 6″ DSP (these are in the Jan-Apr 2025 Mini!). Take a look-see:

Stampin’ Up! Feathered Fun & Blooming Phrases Sneak Peek Thanks with Video

Good morning, y’all! Happy Sunday – and…Happy Birthday to my brother, Joe! 😎 I hope he has a good day – he was checking out a kitty yesterday – a 2 year old tuxedo kitty – and I hope that he’s got a new furry friend at home! He wrote that he’s “checking him out” but that he “took the carrier”. When you take the carrier – or a leash when “checking out a puppy” – that’s a SURE sign that…it would have to go REALLY badly to NOT bring said four-leggedy home!! 🙂

My card today features a TWO-leggedy…a pretty parrot from the new Feathered Fun stamp set – a Reversible set coming as an Online Exclusive on 6 May! And I pulled out the new Blooming Phrases again as well as some Floral Impressions DSP AND a cool die cut from the Beautiful Motifs die set. All of these are online exclusives coming on 6 May, too! Good morning, y’all and happy weekend! We’ve got all the normal things on the plate today but…I’m also going to try to make heads or tails in my craft room. It’s in a bit of a….turmoil…right now!
