Good morning, y’all and Happy Monday! We had a pretty abrupt start to our day yesterday – with the Tornado Warning alert going off on the television at around 415am! A look at the radar showed that it was a very fast moving straight line of storms. It only lasted for about 30 min – but it rained and the wind blew!! – like crazy. And…the power went out at about 430. And – didn’t come back until almost 930. Which necessitated a trip to Starbucks at about 6 – mocha’s for us and a pup-cup for The Man!! Couldn’t get a picture – it was dark – I had my hands full of mochas and he was…. FAST and DETERMINED! 🙂
Once the power came back I headed to my craft room and pulled out the new Thankful Garden bundle – well – the stamp set and dies, I didn’t even need the included masks!! – and some coordinating Lovely Garden DSP to make a pretty thank you card. Good morning and happy Friday – the LAST Friday of 2024. Yikes – am I right!? Can you believe it’s almost 2025? I’m a little gobsmacked by that – the year flew by!!
I recently acquired our two newest kits – and put them BOTH together soon as I got them in hand! I really like them – and think you will, too!
The first one I put together was one of the Cherry Blossoms Treat Boxes Kits that I got. Yes – I got TWO of them and….that’s some foreshadowing! 😉
When I opened the kit, I found everything I needed to make twelve really cute treat boxes! That included a stamp set – and an Early Espresso Classic Ink Spot.

Hey guys – happy Saturday! Hope that your weekend is going well! We’ve stayed in the nice Fall-weather pattern – which is lovely! It’s that time of year when you need a long-sleeve shirt when you’re inside (windows and doors wide open, of course!) but…you have to shed them fast when you go OUTside! And the leaves are all gold and orange and red and falling falling falling! My absolute favorite time to be in Georgia!
