Stampin’ Up! Eastern Beauty Sneak Peek!

Hello on Monday, y’all!  Back from OnStage – tired.  But…oh, what a great weekend it was!  We have such a wonderful group of ladies from Amy’s Inkin’ Knew and we just had the best time together!  We even survived the great Prom-Weekend-of-2017-in-Savannah!  Which is to say that, after searching to no avail for a place to park for nearly 30 minutes – we ordered pizza and salads in the hotel lobby!  And we decided that would be our normal after-OnStage dinner plan.  Easy.  Quick.  Home in a minute after dinner since it’s just upstairs.  And we could even hear each other talk!  Wonderful!

If you didn’t get to see my video tutorial last night on how to make a Mini Box Purse treat holder, check it out right here or over on my Facebook Page!!  The one I made is super cute for Easter – but you can decorate it for any occasion.  Hope you’ll check it out!

So – my card for today is from the one set I’m allowed to share with you before 3pm Eastern today.  Be on the lookout for a second post from me today with pictures of the new goodies and the retiring products list, okay?!

The Eastern Beauty bundle is…a sleeper set.  At least for me it is!  When you look at it – it’s deceptively…non-descript.  And then you run the dies thru the Big Shot – and…boom!  You’re hooked!  I made this card with just a few sentiments from the Eastern Beauty stamp set and the matching Eastern Medallion Thinlits. Take a look-see:

No – do not touch your computer!  I have control of your electronics.  And – I did not make a mistake on the orientation of the sentiment!  Did it on purpose! 🙂

My layout was inspired by the Freshly Made Sketches challenge this week:

This one was really quick to put together – the beautiful DSP and the Thinlits did all the work!

I started with a piece of Very Vanilla card stock, that I matted on my favorite new color – Tranquil Tide, from the new 2017-2019 In Colors!

Next up, I cut three die cuts from Tranquil Tide and three from a Dapper Denim piece of paper in the Eastern Palace Specialty DSP.  In the photo below, you see two sets of two nested dies in the bottom row, yes?  The two dies in the bottom right corner cut the card stock and the two in the left bottom corner cut the DSP.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere them together and then more of the Liquid Glue to adhere the top and bottom pieces to the card front.

The middle medallion I popped over the top with a Stampin’ Dimensional.  I added a small circle sticker from the new Eastern Gold Foil Stickers to all three medallions.

The sentiment, from the Eastern Beauty stamp set, is stamped in Dapper Denim – I made it vertical to suit the sketch, and cuz I thought it was kinda fun. I toyed with laying the sketch on its side – but decided against it!  I added a couple of little flourish images – from the same set – in Tranquil Tide by the sentiment, and the card front was done.

On the inside, I added an Eastern Beauty sentiment to a Very Vanilla panel.  I used one of the already-curved-for-us sentiments and stamped it in the bottom corner of the panel in Dapper Denim.  Then I added a couple more flourishes in Tranquil Tide.

I SNAILd the panel to a Tranquil Tide mat and into my Very Vanilla Thick card stock (yep – you heard me!  This is available in the new catty on 1 June!!) card base, popped the front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done.

For the front of my Very Vanilla Medium Envelope, I added some Dapper Denim (in the corners) and Tranquil Tide flourishes from Eastern Beauty…

…and gave the envelope flap another little pop with some of the Eastern Palace Specialty DSP.

Et Voila!  These Eastern Medallion Thinlits are just the bomb, y’all!  I love them.  And the fonts in the Eastern Beauty stamp set are gorgeous!  All in all – I can’t wait for you to get your hands on this Suite – which you can do on 1 May (read on for details)!  Hope you like!

Scroll on down for the card cuts and all the products you’ll need to make this one for yourself

FINN-FAN FIX….

Finn was pretty happy to see me.

And to see Amy and Linda when they dropped me off at the Costco parking lot where we’d met Wayne.

He did his little grin.

He wiggled his wiggler – from wiggler to nose and back again!

He piddled just a tiny bit…

Hey!  His mom was back and there were two really nice ladies who wanted to pet and pet him!!  What’s a kid to do?

So – I have a picture – actually three – that I’ve been saving.

Nope.  Nobody stuck that on his schnoozle.  That’s a Chocolate Frosty cup that Wayne left in the cupholder of the golf cart.

Finn wanted a little taste.

He stuck his tongue in – not long enough.

Had to get all the way in there to get that 1/2 teaspoon of melted Frosty from the very bottom of the cup.

And….it sorta stuck there.

What’s a kid to do?? 🙂

Stampin’ Up! New Catalog Survival Kits

Happy Saturday, y’all!  Hope your weekend is going well.  I’m here in beautiful Savannah, at OnStage Local.  Lats night I had the privilege of attending Center Stage – the additional session for folks who’ve promoted to Silver Elite and above (sending many thanks to my wonderful downline folks and customers!!!).  We had a fun time with Brian King and some of his group and heard a few speakers who were helping us to grow our business.  And…I got a couple new goodies from the new 2017-2018 Annual Catalog.

Oh.  And my very own copy of that new catalog!

Y’all.

Seriously.

This catalog is amazing and awesome!!  I flat can’t wait for you to get to see it!!  I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that you need to get your credit cards limbered up! 😉  And – you should consider joining my team right now so that you can get that cool 20-25% discount and give your credit card a little breather!

I can’t show you any pictures of anything related to the new catalog yet (Monday afternoon – promise!), but figured I’d share some B-roll with you!  Here’s me with Linda Geiger and Amy Koenders driving over to Savannah.  No – we weren’t moving at the time! 🙂

Later, after we’d checked in and met with the ladies of our group, they headed off to dinner at The Old Pink House (real sorry I didn’t get to go to that! 🙁 ) and Amy, Sue Prather and I headed to Center Stage!  The day was gorgeous – if breezy! – and the river was bustling!

Before we headed in, we took a quick picture…for posterity, don’t you know! 🙂

So – here’s what I’ve got for you today.  Two of my friends who also happen to be in my downline were able to attend OnStage in person this year – one lady out in San Diego and one with me here in Savannah.  To let them know how much I appreciate them making the effort to attend with me, I made each of them a little New Catalog Survival Kit!

I got the idea for the innards, which I modified a little, from a fellow Demonstrator, and then I went to town decorating them!  You can see that they’re both completely different on the outside – I made them to coordinate with my Thank You cards.  And to sort of personalize them to their recipients!

On the inside, though, they both got….

I typed up and printed a fun little listing of the contents in each box…

These are so easy to make.  They start with a full-size Stampin’ Up! Wide Stamp Case (these are the cases that the wood stamp sets come in – and you can buy them without stamps – get 4 of them for just $7!).  Then you add your DSP – I used two pieces because it helps them to fold and close smoothly.

The first case started with some Pop Of Pink DSP (this one went to my friend in San Diego – and she love love LOVES pink!!).  I cut one piece to 6 3/8″ x 7″ and scored/folded it at 1 1/4″ down the shorter (6 3/8″) side.  That piece went on the front and spine of the case – just slip it inside the clear plastic sleeve on the case!  The back piece is 5″ x 7″ and also just slips in!

At that point – I decorated the front with some Melon Mambo letters cut with the Large Letters Framelits, and a Succulent Thinlits flower – adhering them with Glue Dots.  The flower was cut in Whisper White and So Saffron and sponged lightly with So Saffron before I assembled it.

I stuck it on – over a couple of pieces of 3/8″ Silver Metallic Ribbon (of the now-retired Sale-A-Bration flyer!) with more Glue Dots.

Then I wrapped a piece of the ribbon around the case, adhering the ends of the ribbon to each other (not to the box) so that she can just slip the ribbon off to open the case.  I used two lengths of the ribbon to tie a bow and adhered it to the ribbon with a couple of Glue Dots.  And that was it!

The second box, for my friend here in Savannah with me, uses a quieter color scheme and the great Detailed Dragonflies bundle.

This box uses the Carried Away DSP from the Sale-A-Bration flyer (sorry, y’all – but you can use any paper that works with your color scheme)

I cut more Large Letter Framelits – one set in Early Espresso and the other in Mint Macaron – and adhered them together with Liquid Glue.  Then I used Glue Dots to adhere them to the front of the case.

I made a little tag using my Scalloped Tag Topper Punch and the Banner Triple Punch.  First I stamped the World of Thanks background stamp in Mint Macaron on a piece of Whisper White.  Then I punched it top and bottom, wrapped a couple of pieces of Whisper White Solid Baker’s Twine thru the punched hole at the top, and adhered it to the box with  Liquid Glue.

I cut three of the smaller detailed dragonflies from the Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits – one from Mint Macaron DSP, one from Early Espresso DSP and one from Vellum card stock.  Then I adhered them together with Liquid Glue on their bodies and adhered it to the tag.  Then I brushed his little wings with Clear Wink of Stella!

The final touch was a line of small Pearl Basic Jewels.  To close the box, I wrapped Whisper White Solid Baker’s Twine around and tied it in a knot.  Then I made a 4-strand bow and adhered it to the knot with Liquid Glue.  Again – the recipient can just slide the twine right off!

Et Voila!  Two pretty, decorated boxes – perfectly coordinated with their cards.  And – isn’t that one of the coolest things?  Obviously, you could make these boxes for any occasion – how about one with school supplies in it for a First Time To School gift?  New job gift?  New baby gift?  I think you could get a lot of mileage out of these boxes.  Hope you like!

Scroll on down for the card cuts and all the products you’ll need to make this one for yourself

Stampin’ Up! Eastern Palace Sneak Peek!!

Mornin’, y’all – when you read this, I’ll be on my way to….

No – not OnStage.  First we’re going to go get Wayne an MRI.

THEN I’m off to OnStage! 😉

This is just a quick post – first to share with you my little FB video I did yesterday as I dove into my package of Eastern Palace pre-order goodies! 🙂  I was Live for about 9 minutes.  Here it is on YouTube! 🙂  Oh – one little thing in the video.  I said it looked like the Eastern Gold Vinyl Stickers were Silver on one side…not true.  Which if I’d thought it thru for even a minute I’d have realized!  One side is gold.  The other side is sticky! 😉

I also took just a couple of pictures…

…of the Eastern Palace Specialty DSP….

…and the Eastern Palace bundle!

…and….I might have taken a minute or 30 to make a card with all the new goodies!!

Check out that die cut!  Beautiful!

So…I’ve got some awesome news for you!  You’re going to be able to pre-order this set starting on 1 May!  Yep.  An entire month before the rest of the new 2017 -2018 Annual Catalog goes live!  Of course – you could also join the party and sign up as a SU! Demonstrator right now, and pre-order right now!

Just sayin’!  🙂

Here’s a flyer with the information!  Click the pic to make it human-sized!!  And take note of…Very Vanilla Note Cards and Envelopes (FREE – and new!) and Very Vanilla Thick Card Stock (FREE – and new!)

I hope you’re excited by this new and beautiful Suite of products!  I know I am! 🙂

FINN-FAN FIX….

This is probably my last FFF for a couple of days, since I won’t be around to see his antics and take his picture.  🙁

I’ll leave you with a collage of my farm dog.

Yes – he’s a farm dog.  He knows that, after a storm, you have to check the fences and look for anything amiss.

Cuz if there’s a problem – your horses could get lose’d.

And that makes the mom panic.

So a good farm dog uses his sharp eyes to check for problems.

It’s most effective to do it when you’re riding on the golf cart.  You’re up higher, you see!

Stampin’ Up! Basket Builder Bunch for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

15822762_10211923272945503_223384966683691578_n
Happy Thursday, y’all – and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop!  If you’ve been following along, you’ll know that this is color week so our designs will be all over the place!  Which is a good thing and means the hop will be a lot of fun!  Hope you’ll spend a little time checking out all our projects today!

Here’s the colors we worked with:

I played along with the TGIF Challenge this week…

…and chose to CASE Charlet’s card:

And this one also played nicely with The Paper Players challenge!

I started with a piece of Whisper White card stock.  Using the Easter Egg images in the Basket Bunch stamp set, I stamped them all over the card – making sure to “recreate” the way the Falling Petals TIEF looked on Charlet’s card.  I made a bunch of little sticky note masks of the eggs, masking various images in order to create some depth!

I used both Mint Macaron and Calypso Coral to stamp the eggs, then I used the Stampin’ Write Markers to “decorate my Easter Eggs”!  Once they were all colored, I SNAILd the panel to a Calypso Coral mat.

For the art, I started by cutting two “wreaths” with the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits from Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper and adhered them to the panel with Liquid Glue.

I stamped three Easter Bunnies in Basic Black Archival Ink on Whisper White card stock and cut them all out with the matching die in the Basket Builder Framelits.  I colored their little bow ties with Mint Macaron and Calypso Coral markers, and then used the Blender Pen to color in their ears with Calypso Coral.  I adhered two directly to the Swirly Scribbles wreaths and then popped the third over the top with a Stampin’ Dimensional.

The grass is cut (twice!) with the die in the Basket Builder Thinlits from Mint Macaron card stock, then I adhered them together with a Stampin’ Dimensional between them and then I stuck this over the bunnies with Liquid Glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped and colored more eggs from the Basket Bunch Stamp Set and then fussy cut them (they have dies in the Basket Builder Thinlits, but I didn’t want a white edge).  I rounded them lightly with a stylus and then used Liquid Glue to stick them in and amongst the grass.

The Basket Bunch sentiment is stamped in Calypso Coral on a strip of Whisper White and snipped into a banner.  I adhered it with a little Liquid Glue and then popped one more Easter Egg on the end with a Stampin’ Dimensional.  You can see in the picture above that I highlighted each egg with my White Gel Pen – I did that on the background eggs as well! 🙂

On the inside, I stamped a second sentiment from Basket Bunch in Calypso Coral on Whisper White.  Then I added Mint Macaron grass across the bottom.

I SNAILd the panel to a Calypso Coral mat and into my Whisper White card base, then SNAILd the card front on – and the card was done!

My Whisper White Medium Envelope got more Mint Macaron Basket Bunch grass and a Basic Black Archival Ink bunny on the front…

… and I added more Basket Bunch eggs on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  I think this one probably looks harder than it was – it’s a actually easy to put together and, if you like coloring Easter Eggs…this is your card!  Hope you like!

Stampin’ Up! Window Shopping Birthday Candles – Two Ways!

Happy Hawmp Day, y’all!  I’m one day and a wake-up away from heading to Savannah!  OnStage here I come!  Oh – and CenterStage, too!!  Whoo-hoo!  When I get back, I’m gonna be full of new ideas and in possession of the new catalog, some fun swag (stamp sets and new papers and….oh, who knows what goodness there will be!!)  I tell ya – it’s a great time of the year to be a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator!! 🙂

My card for today comes from the Window Shopping bundle – available now in the Occasions catalog as a 10% off bundle! – and is a quick and easy Birthday card!  Take a look-see:

Pssst…that’s Night of Navy even though it looks like its black! 🙂

I did a CASE-piration from the Succeed Magazine (Stampin’ Up! publication for demonstrators) for the idea for the card.

The color scheme is from the Global Design Project color challenge this week…

I made this card as a smaller Note Card – perfect for adding to the inside of a gift box!

I started with a piece of Whisper White card stock.  First, I cut the Window Box Thinlits candles and then I stamped the sentiment from the Window Shopping stamp set in Night of Navy, using my Stamp-A-Ma-Jig to position it where I wanted it.

Behind the candles, using some dabs of Liquid Glue, I adhered a small piece of So Saffron card stock (behind the flames) and a piece of Night of Navy card stock (behind the candles).  Then I SNAILd the panel to a So Saffron mat and then to a Night of Navy mat.

I wrapped a piece of Night of Navy Solid Baker’s Twine around the panel and tied a small bow.  To finish it off, I used my So Saffron Stampin’ Write Marker to gently color the bottom parts of the sentiment.  I added a few So Saffron Enamel Shapes and the card front was done!

On the inside, I added the cupcake image from the Window Shopping stamp set across the bottom of a Whisper White panel in So Saffron.

I SNAILd the panel to So Saffron and Night of Navy mats and into my Whisper White card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals, and the card was done!

I used an envelope from the Whisper White Note Cards and Envelopes set, and stamped more So Saffron Window Shopping cupcakes across the front…

And I added a second Window Shopping sentiment in Night of Navy to the envelope flap, plus another couple of cupcakes.

Here’s where I’d usually say “Et Voila!” – but first…

I made the same card – but used Blushing Bride and Pink Pirouette to make it a more feminine card!  Same.  Exact.  Card.  Different color scheme!  Easy Peasy!

Et Voila!  This is a really fun bundle – and this card doesn’t even get to the actual box that’s made with the Window Box Thinlits.

Hope you like!

Stampin’ Up! High Tide on Your Side!

‘Sup, y’all?  Hope you weren’t adversely affected by the storms that were marching around yesterday!  We had some tornadoes in nearby areas – but it really dissipated by the time it reached us – never even got to the “scare Mary” point!  Just got a few rumbles of thunder – OBTW, Finn is not afraid of thunder.  Huge sigh of relief!  – and a nice afternoon of rain.  After the rain stopped it was so beautiful outside I just rebelled and opened some windows!  I don’t even care if the pollen is still high.  I can’t see it, so I’m pretending it doesn’t exist.

So there. 🙂

Before I get going – I saw that the Mini Egg Cartons are back in stock!  In plenty of time for your Easter projects.  You can get them right here…

Now, my card for today uses a stamp set that I’ve had a bit of a love-hate relationship with.  I’ve loved the projects I’ve seen on Pinterest that use it, and I’ve hated every effort I’ve made with it.

Until today!  I decided I was just going to….make…it…work for me!

The set I’m referring to is High Tide.  And…all of a sudden, it and I just…clicked!  And now I love it!

Yea – I change my mind quick-like.  That’s how I roll.

So…this card is all stamping and ink.  No bling.  No fussy cutting.  Just a pretty stamp set and a lot of color.  Take a look-see:

I know!  Right?  I DID it! 🙂

I played along with two challenges on this one.  The first, from CAS(E) This Sketch,  drove the layout…

And the second is the Just Us Girls Word Week challenge.

I started with a simple Whisper White panel.  Using the two-step stamp images in the High Tide set, I stamped the first lighthouse image in Real Red on the right side of the panel.  Over the top of that, I stamped the second lighthouse image in Smoky Slate.

Next I added some sand – using the sand image first in Crumb Cake and second in Soft Suede, offsetting the images just a tad.  I double stamped the “ocean” image, too – first in Pool Party and then (with a little offset) in Marina Mist.

I added the sentiment right over top of the lighthouse in Basic Black Archival Ink.

For the sky, I started with Soft Sky ink and “watercolored” it all over using my Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush and picking up ink from the lid of the stamp pad.  Then I added some Island Indigo in the upper portion of the sky and some Daffodil Delight near the bottom.  Easy peasy, and using the Wink of Stella gives the sky a little shine!

Nobody doesn’t like a shiny sky!

The sea grasses around the base of the lighthouse are also from High Tide and I just stamped them all willy and nilly in Old Olive.  Finally, I added the birds image in Basic Gray Archival Ink!  Then I SNAILd the panel on a mat of Real Red and that was it for the card front!

On the inside, I made some more sand on a Whisper White panel.  I stamped it in Crumb Cake and Soft Suede (tip:  turn the stamp upside down so that the cutout for the lighthouse is pointing down, then just stamp it on your panel!).  I also added a peek of ocean in Pool Party and Marina Mist and a few birds on the ground in Basic Gray Archival Ink.  And yes, a few little sea grasses here and there in Old Olive!

I SNAILd the panel to a Real Red mat and into my Basic Gray card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done.

My Medium Whisper White Envelope got some more sand and sea and sea birds and sea grasses on the front…

…and I “watercolored” the envelope flap with Soft Sky, Island Indigo and Daffodil Delight using my Clear Wink of Stella.  Then I added some Basic Gray Archival Ink birds.

Et Voila!  People – I made an ocean scene painting!  All by myself!  Seriously – I have zero painting talents but this little stamp set helped me make a masterpiece.  She says modestly!  I’ve gone from “meh” to “oh please please please, SU! – make this one carry over!!”  Hope you like!  And will get. 🙂

FINN-FAN FIX….

Do y’all have mason bees where you live?

You know the ones I mean – they’re gihugic and move really really slow.

Except for when they zoooooom – and then they’re fast!  I love watching them fly!

Well, ours are back for the season!

And Finn met one yesterday!

Actually, he met two.

He was quite fascinated with them.  This picture is him watching the second one.  I wasn’t quick enough with the camera for the first go – with that one he had his nose pointed straight up in the air!  I guess I laughed when I realized what he was staring at so intently – and broke his  concentration.  So I had to wait for another photo-op!

The bees were almost as intrigued by him as he was of them.  They hovered round him for quite a while.

Then they decided he was just a silly goofus and off they went to do bee things.

Stampin’ Up! Suite Special Reason Bokeh Card

It’s Monday, y’all.  Sorry.  Hope it’s a happy one! 🙂

I’m sure if you’ve been paying attention, you’ve seen a lot of projects out on Facebook and Pinterest using the bokeh technique.  A few of the ladies in our group have made them in the past couple of days, so I’ve been sort of itching to try it myself.

And so I did!  I made a bokeh background and then added some Stylish Stems Framelits flowers and a Suite Sentiments sentiment.  Take a look-see:

My layout is inspired by the sketch over at Freshly Made Sketches.

And my colors come from the Cupcakes Inspiration Challenge.

I started by making the background on a piece of Very Vanilla card stock.  To begin, I used my sponges to color the panel with Daffodil Delight and Calypso Coral.  I made the color pretty deep because I was going to add Whisper White.  I also didn’t fully blend the colors.  Then I took two pieces of scrap card stock and cut a 1″ hole in one and a 1/2″ hole in the other, using my Circle Punches.  Then I used those as stencils to sponge Whisper White Craft Ink circles all over the sponged panel.  I added a lot of circles in both sizes, taking care to overlap them and run them off the edge!

I used my Heat Tool to speed the drying process cuz I’m impatient!  Then I SNAILd the panel to a Cherry Cobbler mat and wrapped three lengths of Very Vanilla 3/8″ Stitched Satin Ribbon around it, securing them in the back with scotch tape.

I pulled out the Suite Sentiments stamp set and, using my Stamp-A-Ma-Jig to position it, stamped a sentiment in Cherry Cobbler ink.

Next up was the flower decoration.  I cut three Stylish Stems detailed leaves from Very Vanilla card stock and used Liquid Glue to adhere them to the card front.

Then I cut two small and one large Stylish Stem flowers from Cherry Cobbler card stock.  Remember these are two step die cuts – first you use the detailed die – which leaves a “negative” in the card stock.  Then you cut it out with the outline die.  I cut matching solid flowers from Very Vanilla and then used Liquid Glue to adhere the Cherry Cobbler detailed flowers to their Very Vanilla backgrounds.

I also cut a large detailed flower in Daffodil Delight and a small one in Calypso Coral.  All I wanted from these cuts was the little pieces that form the petals – so I didn’t do the second step on these.  Then I used little dabs of Liquid Glue to add pieces of Daffodil Delight into the large flower and Calypso Coral pieces into the small flowers.  You can see I didn’t fill all the spaces – letting the Very Vanilla show thru.

I popped the large flower onto the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and added the two small flowers with a combination of Dimensionals and Liquid Glue.  Then I added a few Pearl Basic Jewels and the card front was done!

On the inside, I used the negative that I’d cut out when I was gathering my little pieces to glue into the flowers as a stencil.  I added a stenciled flower with Daffodil Delight and a little bit of Calypso Coral in the middle of a Very Vanilla panel.

I SNAILd the panel to a Cherry Cobbler mat and into my Very Vanilla card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done!

For my Very Vanilla Medium Envelope, I used the large Stylish Stems “stencil” and added a sponged Daffodil Delight and Calypso Coral flower to the front…

…and then I added more of the bokeh to the envelope flap.  I used sticky notes to mask off the rest of the envelope to protect it.

Et Voila!  Piecing in the little bits of card stock into the Stylish Stems flowers was a little persnickety, I won’t deny that.  But…I love how the flowers turned out!  And this bokeh!  Oh, I do like this technique!  Hope you do, too – and will give it a try! 🙂

FINN-FAN FIX….

On Sunday, we had a hankering for a Firehouse Sub (or salad, in my case!) for lunch.

Finn wanted to ride with, of course.  So, since he wears no shirt and no shoes (thus no service – or…even entry!), Wayne rode along so they could stay in the car with the A/C running.

Dad was also handy for taking this shot.

Check the hand on the window.

I don’t really know what he was thinking (maybe…I wonder if they’re getting me a roast beef or a chicken sammie.  Hope it’s beef!) or doing with his hand, but…he’s just so ridiculously cute!
