Happy happy Friday, y’all! It’s a good day here – the new well system is in and should be operational by the end of the day. So…only this last day with no water! Whoo-hoo!

Stampin’ Up! Artfully Layered Tropical Hideaway Birthday Card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good morning, y’all! It’s Thursday – which means it’s time for another Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! We’ve got a sketch challenge to work with and I’m excited to see what everyone brings to the table – I just know you’re going to see a ton of awesome-ness on the hop today!

Have I ever told you guys that I love background stamps? Well – I do. Like Embossing Folders, I just buy them all. Even ones that I think…”meh” about when I see them! The Tropical Hideaway background stamp was NOT a “meh” – it was a love at first sight! It turns out it’s pretty awesome on the Lovely Layers Vellum. And – the outgoing Artfully Layered bundle is the perfect companion to it – yes, I said “outgoing” – sadly, it’s retiring at the end of June! 🙁 So – that’s the lineup for today’s card.
