Good Sunday morning, y’all! Hope your weekend is going well – mine has been a cooking frenzy. No – NOT Christmas cookies – not quite yet! Instead – I made another loaf of sourdough bread – the best recipe YET! It’s tangy like sourdough – but…soft like all our favorite sandwich breads! FINALLY – I found the right recipe! And – we smoked the turkey and got it prepped for sandwiches and turkey stock. The brisket is on the smoker for a few more hours so we can replenish the stash in the freezer. Sourdough crackers. Sourdough Blueberry Chocolate Chip muffins.
