Hey, ya’ll! Hope the week is going well for you!
I had need this past week – sadly – for a card for a friend-of-a-friend who suddenly lost their horse. They’d had her for most of her life and she was well loved. She wasn’t old – wasn’t sick. Was fine in the morning, and colic’d and was gone by the evening. Which is worse on so many levels. So, my friend asked me to make a card for her people.
As luck would have it, we have a wonderful new horse set now – the Let It Ride stamp set! So I pulled it out and then added a perfect couple of sentiments from the Flowing Fountain stamp set. Take a look-see:
Good morning, y’all, as we head into another week. Hope it’s looking okay for you – take heart from the fact that next week is a long weekend!
I’m sorry we weren’t able to do our video last night – hopefully by the time you read this they’ll have it fixed. As in fixed “good” – not just poking along at the speed of dial-up… 😉
So – I needed a sympathy card for my friend – and this is one of two that I made for her to choose from. This one uses the gorgeous Rose Trellis Thinlits and a few sentiments from the Flowing Fountain stamp set. Take a look-see:
Morning, guys – hope your weekend is going well!
To everyone that left a comment yesterday about Bo – thank you so much! We’re starting to get used to the new normal around here – focusing on the good memories of him!
So – today I’m getting back on the horse (so to speak) and we’re going to do a Facebook Live video tonight over on my Stamps-N-Lingers FB page. But – take note! We’re going to be at 7pm Eastern (that’s an HOUR early!!) to accommodate our team meeting at 8! Okay? ONE. HOUR. EARLIER!!
We’re going to do a sympathy card – my friend needed one, so… I pulled out the new Flowing Fountain for a sentiment, some Rose Trellis and a little bit of Botanical Butterfly DSP. Take a sneaky-peek!
