Stampin’ UP! Take a Look at the Washes of Gratitude and Shaded Petals Kits!

Happy Happy Hawwwmp Day, y’all!  Hope your week is going well.  We picked up the doggo’s yesterday and spent the remainder of the day trying to remember how life works when you’re NOT on vacation!  And getting used to having to do for ourselves again!  WHERE is the Windjammer and Main Dining Room??!  I’m trying to get Wayne to make me a towel elephant, but…he’s been pretty unsuccessful so far! 🫤

When I got home – I had a big box from Stampin’ Up! with a few boxes of our two new kits – and I got one of each put together to share with you today.  Why?  Because…I know that once you see them – they’re going to make their way into your cart – and…I want you to be able to take advantage of FREE Shipping (which starts tomorrow!).  So…check out the first of the kits – the Washes of Gratitude kit!

Yep – Washes of Gratitude is gorgeous and – being a non-stamping kit – a super quick way to get 10 pretty thank you cards!  You know how I feel about foliage and I’m totally in love with the colors of this kit, too!

The first design – there are just two designs – you’ll make five of each of them – is a pretty Calypso Coral and Flirty Flamingo washed card base, with the coordinating foliage popped on a Darling Duckling circle.

As you can see – Darling Duckling plays a perfect supporting role – being featured inside the envelope flaps, too!

Prefer Peaceful Pine and Secret Sea?  Gotcha covered on the second design – with those same pops of Darling Duckling lightening it up perfectly!

Yup – it’s a good one – I really like the dark strips with the white printed sentiments don’t you?  They pop perfectly!

Like the first kit – this one has preprinted sentiments – these are in gold foil – and cover Best Wishes, Happy Birthday and Thank You!  So…where’s the inking come in?  Well – the kit comes with a couple of Sponge Daubers and a Calypso Coral and Highland Heather Classic Ink Spot.  You’ll use them to lightly shade the centers of the flowers. I mean – SHADED PETALS.  🤷‍♀️

I love the trio of flowers on this first design and…the scalloped front panel!  Lovely layers make my heart happy!

Next up – our birthday card with sweet posies and touches of gold here and there on Calypso Coral!! I love how this kit puts the pretty pops of Daffodil Delight with the flower centers.  And – can you see the shading on the larger flower layers??

Finally – my favorite of the group! This one is a veritable riot of color and I love everything about it.  I am suspicioning that you knew this would be my fave, right!?  I mean.  It has ALL the things and even more layers.  What’s NOT to love?
