Stampin’ Up! Spring Corners Thankful Garden Sneak Peek Thanks with Video

Happy half-way-to-Monday, y’all!  I hope you’re having a great weekend!  We made a trip to the thrift store yesterday – to LEAVE things (aka – NOT bring things home!!).  Now – just 4000 more gather-inventory-deliver missions to go!!  LOL

My card today is super easy and (I think!) super pretty!  It uses the Online Exclusive Spring Corners stamp set and the soon-to-be-available Online Exclusives Thankful Garden stamp set and amazeballs Textured Notes dies.  Take a look-see:

I started with a piece of Daffodil Delight paper from the Beautiful Bokeh 6″ x 6″ DSP (in the Jan-Apr 2025 Mini Catalog).  In the corner, I stamped one of the sentiments from the Spring Corners set in Gray Granite ink.

In the catty-corner, I stamped the corner lines from the set, also in Gray Granite ink.

In the center, I stamped one of the florals from the Thankful Garden stamp set – this’ll be available SOON in the 4 March 2025 Online Exclusives release! – in Gray Granite ink.

Using the die from the new Textured Notes dies – ALSO coming on 4 March – I cut out the middle of the panel.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the larger remaining piece of the DSP to a Gray Granite mat for the card front.

I adhered the die cut portion of the DSP panel to a Gray Granite mat and then adhered it back in place – lining up the stamped image – with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I added three dragonflies – from the Adhesive-backed Dragonflies & Birds – and the card front was done.

On the inside, I stamped the Spring Corners lines in Gray Granite on a Basic White panel.  Then I stamped one of the leaf images from Thankful Garden in Gray Granite and added a dragonfly.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to the inside of my Thick Basic White card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done.

My Basic White Medium Envelope got the Spring Corners lined corners and the Thankful Garden leaf on the front…

…and more of the Beautiful Bokeh 6″ x 6″ DSP on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  Not my usual style, I know – but… The pretty floral image from the new Thankful Garden stamp set – cut with the new Textured Notes dies (those rectangles!!  WOW!) – makes for an easy faux double-time look!  Beautiful Bokeh DSP has just a little texture and “movement” to it – and so it’s a nice base for the pretty sentiment from Spring Corners – and there are plenty of other colors that would be great for this same layout, too.  In all – I love how this card turned out!
