Stampin’ Up! CAS Autumn Leaves Fall with a Grateful Heart Card

Good morning and Happy Happy Hawwmmmp Day!  And – happy First Day of November!  And – also – YIKES.  It’s the FIRST.  DAY.  OF.  NOVEMBER! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Crazy.

My card today is a pretty – and easy! – clean and simple thank you card from the Autumn Leaves bundle.  And the wunnermus Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder adds quick tone-on-tone texture. It all comes together in rich, Autumn colors.  Take a look-see:

And those colors I was mentioning are from the Card Concept challenge this month.  I’d call my card clean and layered!

I started by embossing a Very Vanilla panel in the Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder – one of my FAVES! – and matting it on a piece of Crushed Curry for the card front.

I stamped the biggest leaf from the set in Crushed Curry on a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock.

Using the dies in the Autumn Leaves bundle, I cut out the large leaf, a Cajun Craze “leaf vein” and three Mossy Meadow leaves.

Using Liquid Glue, I adhered the Cajun Craze “leaf vein” onto the Crushed Curry leaf.  Then – using Stampin’ Dimensionals in the center of the leaf – I adhered it to the card front.

I used Liquid Glue to tuck two of the Mossy Meadow leaves underneath – and the final leaf on top.

On a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock, I stamped the Autumn Leaves sentiment in Blackberry Bliss ink.  I cut it out with one of the label dies in the coordinating (and bundled!) die set.

I popped the sentiment on with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I added a few Old Olive dots from the Ombre Matte Decorative Dotsand the card front was done!

On the inside, I stamped the two-part sentiment from Autumn Leaves in Blackberry Bliss and Crushed Curry on a Very Vanilla panel.  In the corner, I stamped the large leaf in Crushed Curry and stamped the veins in Cajun Craze.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Crushed Curry mat and into my Blackberry Bliss card base, popped the card front on with Black Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done.

My Very Vanilla Medium Envelope got the Crushed Curry and Cajun Craze leaf on the front…

…and I stamped a smaller leaf in Crushed Curry – with Blackberry Bliss veins – on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  My goodness – I love this Autumn Leaves bundle so much, don’t you?  Beautiful leaf images and dies – and perfect sentiments!  Add tons of tone-on-tone texture from the Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder and…winner winner chicken dinner!

Such a pretty card! Love the clean design, perfect colors for fall! Poor Finn…he hardly has any room or other furniture to lay down on. 😉

There IS a real dearth of dog-able furniture, for sure – you KNOW what a stickler I am about that sort of thing! ROFL! Thanks, Amy! 🙂

    Nice fall-y card!
Paw tucking is an art – Finn had it mastered, and so does Addy Lu.
Maybe hold back a spud now ‘n then?
