Stampin’ Up! Jingle Jingle Jingle Sweetest Christmas Season to Believe Card

Good morning and happy Monday!  For all of you in Florida or anywhere in Ian’s path…praying for your safety this week!  Keep your heads down!  Or…you know – leave! 😳😳😳😳  Of course, as I watch the projected path(s) – I see the Atlanta area, too.  So…hmm.  Hope it holds off rain until AFTER the concrete goes down in the garden shed on Thursday morning!  🙂

My card today is a clean-and-simple little number using the Jingle Jingle Jingle stamp set and Sweetest Christmas DSP!  Take a look-see:

The layout for this one if from the Freshly Made Sketches challenge – I just rotated it onto its side!

I started by adhering a plain Basic White panel to a Pool Party mat with Liquid Glue to create the card front.

Next, I matted a small piece of Sweetest Christmas DSP on Pool Party and adhered it with Liquid Glue.

On a small panel of Basic White, I stamped the Jingle Jingle Jingle outline image of “BELIEVE” in Garden Green.  Then I added the fill image in Pool Party.  I stamped the second part of the sentiment in Sweet Sorbet.

Then I matted the panel on Pool Party and adhered it to the card front with Liquid Glue.

For the first part of the sentiment, I used a piece of washi tape to cover the word “be” on the image (the whole phrase is ” ’tis the season to be”) and then inked the image in Sweet Sorbet.

I stamped the sentiment on a narrow strip of Basic White (be sure to take the washi OFF before you stamp…. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️) – and then matted it on Pool Party cardstock.  I adhered the sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I added some Sweet Sorbet 2022-2024 In Color Matte Dots and…the card front was done!

On the inside, I stamped the Christmas lights image from Jingle Jingle Jingle twice in Garden Green on a Basic White panel.  Using my Light Pool Party and Sweet Sorbet Stampin’ Blends, I colored the light bulbs.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Pool Party mat and into my Garden Green card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done.

My Basic White Medium Envelope got the Jingle Jingle Jingle light strand on the front…

…and more of the Sweetest Christmas DSP on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  One stamp set – Jingle Jingle Jingle – and one fun pack of Christmas-y paper – Sweetest Christmas DSP – a little cardstock and ink.  And…BOOM!  QED!

HOST CODE FOR 16 SEP – 30 SEP: CHZU7CTX

Use this host code when you order $50 or greater and receive a free gift (AND the Monthly Card Tutorial) from me!  If your order is over $150, please do not use this code, but you’ll still get the free gift.  The free gift is your choice of any item valued up to $10.00 in any active Catalog!  That includes some of the Host Exclusive stamp sets!  See my Customer Rewards page for full details.

Note: Make sure that you can see my name on the final checkout page listed as your Demonstrator when you order so that you know that you’re ordering with me and you’ll get my rewards!

You’ll also be getting a link to my ZOOM The Craftroom (an exclusive TWICE-A-WEEK online event for my customers) and the monthly Online Tutorial. The September Tutorial features the Perched in a Tree Bundle!

In response to changing policies at Stampin’ Up – I’m adjusting my Ordering Gift policy as well.  😔   I’m having to get a little more hard-over on the adding of Host codes when you place your order thru my Online Store.

Not to worry – you’re still going to get that $10 ordering gift for orders of $50 (before shipping & tax) or greater (I’m not a monster!! 😎).  And the gift is still any SU! product up to that $10 value – which includes some of our fun Host Sets!

But – if you DO NOT use the code for your orders of less than $150 (this is the RETAIL total before Shipping & Handling), then you’ll have two options:

  1. You’ll need to call Stampin’ Up! (1-800-Stamp-Up) and ask them to add it for you. They’re very helpful and will get it done lickety-split!  OR….
  2. If your order was over the $50 threshold but under $150, then…you’ll forfeit that $10 ordering gift – this is the Bummer Option – and I REALLY don’t want to do it, so….

You’ll still get the monthly tutorial and link to my monthly Zoom The Craftroom (YEAH!!) but….not that free goody!  And no one wants that to happen so….try to remember, okay!?

Click here to see instructions for how to add the code before you check out – it’s in Printable PDF Form so you can keep it handy! 🙂

If you have any questions – please get in touch with me!  I’ll be happy to help!

I’m getting a lot of snuggles these days!

And I know what you’re thinking.

You think there’s a dinner plate nearby.

It’s the policy of the Deatherage Household to neither confirm nor deny the presence of dishware….
