‘Sup, y’all!?? It’s the last Saturday before Christmas! Just a few days left to do that last minute shopping – whether for gifts or…that Prime Rib!! We’re picking ours up on Monday – just in time! Can’t wait!
I’m also getting the Brussels Sprouts.
Yes – I am making Brussels Sprouts (my Mom is surely shocked!) – all of a sudden at the tender age of 29, I LIKE them a lot. When I was just a kid – I detested them. I think it may be the roasting in the oven with garlic and balsamic vinegar. And…BACON!! 🙂
