Good morning – it’s Friday! T-1 to leave for Colorado day! Too bad my get-it-done-list is still at T-6. So…this will be a day of hustling and bustling and putting out my hair. Which will be on fire! 😳😳😳😳
But – tomorrow will dawn and I’ll be on the road again! Hopefully with everything in the car that needs to be in the car! If not – I guess there’s a Walmart close by pretty much everywhere! 😂
My card today is a quick and easy – but oh-so-pretty (not any thanks to anything I did – but…cuz of the gorgeous Awash in Beauty DSP!!) card for any occasion! It’s got a few knick knacks from the True Beauty Bundle, a sentiment from the Full of Love set and…of course!….a Stylish Shapes die cut or two! Take a look-see:
I pulled elements from The Paper Players Tic-Tac-Toe challenge. I went down the right column and across the bottom row!
I started with one of the prettiest papers in the Awash in Beauty DSP pack and matted it on Mossy Meadow for the card front! You could make six of these from just one sheet of the DSP! 😉
Using Stampin’ Seal+, I adhered two lengths of Evening Evergreen 3/8″ Windowpane Check Ribbon (yes, I know it’s not Mossy Meadow – but it looks great!. Mother Nature mixes and matches her greens, too!)
I cut a Petal Pink design from Awash in Beauty with the next-to-largest circle Stylish Shapes Dies and popped it over the ribbon with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Using dies in the Organic Beauty Die set (bundled with the True Beauty stamp set), I cut some Granny Apple Green and Mossy Meadow foliage and adhered them to the circle with Liquid Glue.
On a piece of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from the Full of Love stamp set in Mossy Meadow and cut it with a Stylish Shapes banner die.
As you might imagine, it’s popped onto the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I’m so predictable! 😎
I added some pretty Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels and the card front was done!
On the inside, I stamped a True Beauty floral image in stamped-off-once Polished Pink in the middle of a Basic White panel.
I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Mossy Meadow mat and into my Polished Pink card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done.
My Basic White Medium Envelope got the True Beauty floral on the front in Polished Pink – I stamped it twice without re-inking to get the shadow effect…
…and more of the Petal Pink Awash in Beauty DSP on the envelope flap.
Et Voila! The Awash in Beauty DSP is purely gorgeous, is it not? And this card doesn’t even BEGIN to explore all the goodness in the True Beauty bundle – but…I am such a fan of foliage die cuts like in the bundled Organic Beauty Dies, aren’t you? Finally, the Full of Love set is…just lovely – and includes this oh-so-versatile-use-it-for-anything sweet and simple…”hello there”. 🙂

Finn Fan Fix
We had some proof the other evening of the pure sweetness of Finn’s heart.
We were lagging a bit behind him on our walk around the road back to the house.
We looked up and saw something in the driveway. But Finn was quite a ways past the “something”.
When we got closer…
Guess he looked thirsty so Finn left him one of his very favorite things. And ran the risk of not completing his mission.
No turtle left behind.
It’s the Aussie way.
