Stampin’ Up! Blended Bokeh Dandelion Wishes Thank You

Mornin’, y’all!  Well – I hope you’ve enjoyed the pictures from the cruise and our SU adventures the last couple of days!

I’m back with a card today – and this one uses the pretty Bokeh Dots background and the Dandelion Wishes stamp sets.  And I added a simple sentiment from the soon-to-be-available Blended Seasons stamp set.  Take a look-see:

The Stamparatus really helped me on this one – so I hope you’ve got one! 🙂

I started by using said Stamparatus to ink and stamp the pretty Bokeh Dots image in Coastal Cabana on a panel of Whisper White.

I replaced the stamp with the Dandelion Wishes image on the Stamparatus panel – then used my Basic Gray and Highland Heather Stampin’ Write Markers to ink the rubber directly.  I huffed on the stamp and then stamped the image onto the Bokeh Dots.  I actually did that twice, just to be sure I had a good solid image!

I also used my Stampapotamus to add the pretty sentiment from the new (available on 1 Aug!) Blended Seasons stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  Watch for more info on this awesome new limited-time stamp set in the coming days!

With my Coastal Cabana Stampin’ Write Marker, I added uneven stitches around the edge of the Bokeh Dots.

I used my Highland Heather Dark Stampin’ Blend to color a couple of Pearl Basic Jewels and added them to the middle of the dandelions, then I added a few more un-colored pearls to the card front and it was done!

On the inside, I inked the extra little dandelion fluffs image in Highland Heather and stamped it off twice, then added it to the middle of a Whisper White panel.  I did that a few times…then I added more stitches in Coastal Cabana.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Highland Heather mat and into my Basic Black card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done.

My Whisper White Medium Envelope got another Dandelion Wishes image in Basic Gray and Highland Heather on the front…

..and more dandelion fluffs in Highland Heather on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  Love the Bokeh Dots – and how cool is that it’s a simple stamp set!?  Easy peasy to create beautiful images!  And Dandelion Wishes is just wonderful.  Hope you like!
