Finn-Fan Fix  

 

Do you like turnips?

We like turnip greens with some turnip in them.

We probably won’t ever be found eating straight up turnips.

It’s just not something we’d do.

If you’re a mashed turnip lover…I’m sorry.  To each his own, I suppose.

We grew a bed’s worth of turnips – and harvested them on Saturday morning.  To start the cleaning process, we dumped them all in an old trough and filled it with water.

Well.  Finn thought that was the bomb.

Or the…bob.

As in bobbing for turnips….

When we found a bad turnip – we’d pull the greens off and toss the turnip.

Which he promptly chased and brought back.  Kinda defeating the purpose, heh??
