Easy Just a Note Cards | Stamps

Happy Happy Hawwwmp Day, y’all! We’re half way thru the week! Whoo-hoo!

When I saw the two kits releasing this month, I was super excited to see the Gilded Gallery kit – it’s the card kit and it looked to be beautiful! I ordered two of them and opened the boxes up as soon as I got them! I was right! It IS a gorgeous kit – and the cards are super quick and easy (and totally NOT fiddly!) to put together! Within about an hour, I had twenty (remember – TWO kits!) pretty cards ready to roll! Take a look-see:

As usual – everything I needed to assemble the cards was in the box – including the exclusive Gilded Gallery stamp set and a Peaceful Pine Classic Ink Spot.

Now – to be honest – the kit called for using the birthday and sending love sentiments. I chose to make mine into thank you and “just a note” cards – I love the versatility of the stamp set – and the pretty gold-foil-edged labels let me choose!

The first card in the set, with it’s sweet little tweeter, was the one I elected to make into “Just a Note” cards. How pretty is that scene?

And – check out the envelope! Also – I know for sure that you can’t tell by the photos, but the paper for the cards and envelopes is a lovely, heavy, slightly “rough” paper – it almost feels handmade!

The other design is my fave – not by a lot, they’re both gorgeous! – but I LOVE the colors and the flowers are just stunning!

I finished the insides of ALL the cards by stamping the foliage image from the stamp set in Peaceful Pine.

And notice that even the FLAP of the envelope is decorated! Score!

I figure you’re going to want a couple three of this kit – or maybe you’ve got summer photos that you’d like to scrapbook (in which case the Daisy Days Kit will be right up your alley!)
