Good morning, y’all! Happy weekend! Hope you’ve got something fun planned.
And – I hope that your plans will include spending a little time with me this evening. I’m planning to be live on my Stamps-N-Lingers FB page at 7pm Eastern. We’re going to make a little card with some of the Golden Honey Specialty DSP (BACK IN STOCK and FREE with a $50 order during Sale-A-bration!!) and a little fly-over stamp set from the 2020 Jan – Jun Mini Catalog, called Label Me Bold. Take a sneaky peek:
This one happened sort of by accident – I hope you’ll be able to join me to see how it came about!
Tonight. 7pm Eastern. Right here.
P.S. Do you pre-cut card bases? So that you’ve got them all ready to roll and make cards? If you do – then you might be interested in a new storage solution from Stamp-N-Storage! Check out the new 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ Paper Holder (available for IKEA, too!)

Standard: 15 slots
For IKEA®: 15 slots
Double for IKEA®: 30 slots
*35-40 sheets per slot is an estimate and may be more or less depending on the weight and brand of your cardstock.

Finn Fan Fix
So – today’s FFF is a blatant brag on my oh-so-smart-and-obedient boy. Straight up proud-mama stuff. 😉
A little backstory. When I clean the stalls each morning – I can usually go three days before I have to run the manure spreader around the pasture – in the winter!! On Wednesday, even though the weather was pretty okay at that moment (ie: not raining cats and dogs) – I decided to NOT run it. It was only day 2!
Of course – I KNEW it would be pouring the aforementioned cats-and-dogs on Thursday. But…I still…didn’t.
On Thursday – as expected – I HAD to run the manure spreader. And – the dogs – the cats – all coming down.
I just saw a cat AND a dog come down, mom!!
Now, normally the Man goes with me so that he can galloomph around and sniffle and snuffle and splash in every mud puddle he can find.
But – I decided I didn’t want him to be a soaking wet mess. So….in a fit of “maybe I’ll get lucky and he’ll stay put”…I sent him to his mat at the end of the aisle.
And then I started the four-wheeler and hooked up the spreader.
And – he stayed on the mat! 🙂
I headed out and did my thing – glancing back at the barn every three seconds to see if he was standing at the gate in the pouring down cats-and-dogs.
But…when I pulled back into the barn…
…there he was. Right. Where. I. Told him to stay! 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂
Folks – that was a long-distance, out-of-sight, with a HUGE attraction (the four wheeler) down/stay!
I mean…SERIOUS props to my wiggle-butt!!
I gave him an extra peppermint! He TOTALLY earned that!
Now – it turns out that ‘bedience is EXHAUSTING!!
Next picture is gratuitous cuteness overload!
You’re welcome! 😉
Smart and cute all wrapped up in one furry package? I am a lucky mom!
