Stampin’ Up! What’s Up on 1 Mar 16

Posted on March 1, 2016 by stampsnlingers

Good morning – it’s Tuesday and that means a new round of Weekly Deals are up for grabs! This week features some fun embossing folders, the handy Ornate Tag Topper punch and the super-cool Tin of Cards project kit!

A big milestone is fast approaching – the retirement of the 2014-2016 In Colors. Mossy Meadow has been my go-to color for a long time now, so I’m sure going to miss it – and Blackberry Bliss, too! Sale-A-Bration is a great time to stock up on your card stock and ink refills – they’ll go fast once the official retirement list is posted (sometime in April!). And, once they’re on the retiring list they’ll only be available while supplies last. Here’s the list – get ’em before they’re gone! 🙂

Stampin’ Up! What’s Up on 23 Feb 16 – Online Host Club Kick-off!

Posted on February 23, 2016 by stampsnlingers

The Stamps-N-Lingers Online Host Club is a great way for you to garner Host benefits without even “doing” a workshop! We’re talking Stampin’ Rewards Dollars and access to exclusive Host sets (plus a few added bennies tossed in)! And it’s easy peasy….

Each Club consists of 6 people who each commit to purchasing at least $25 in product each month for 6 consecutive months. Each month, one person will be the “host” of that month’s workshop – I’ll put all your names in a hat (okay – maybe a box) and draw the names out at the beginning of the club period – that way everyone will know which month will be “theirs”!

I do all the work and you get all the benefit! I’ll mail the host code to everyone on the first of each month and then everyone just applies that host code to their order by the 20th. Then the host and I will figure her order together at the end of the month! Each month the host will have earned at least $15 in Host/Stampin’ Reward dollars!

But wait – there’s more! During your participation in the Online Club, I’ll be giving you DOUBLE Peppermint reward points! So – your $25 order will get you TWO peppermints each month, versus the normal one.

And – at the end of the 6 months – I’ll give each participant the stamp set of their choice (up to $20) as a thank you for participating. And you’ll get first dibs on the next club sign up!

Free Catalogs from me during your Host Club term and free shipping on your host month order are another couple of benefits!

Sound like something you want to be a part of? If it is – let me know ASAP! I’m planning to start the first Host Club on 1 March – that’s one week from today. So – don’t hesitate! Contact me right away at 678-360-1359 or by e-mail at stamps-n-lingers@comcast.net!

More information is available over on the Online Host Club page!

Stampin’ Up! Quick Update and New Tutorial!

Posted on February 14, 2016 by stampsnlingers

Hey guys – not much to share with this – my second post of the day! – but did want to let you know that I’ve uploaded a Tutorial for the Mini Murse in a box that I shared yesterday! Check it out here.

And – in case you didn’t already know it – this stampin’ stuff is HEAVY!! Fortunately, I got to the airport early (and it wasn’t busy!) so I had time to move stuff from one suitcase to another and pull out a few things (magnetic platform!!) to put in my carry-on tote! 10 pounds over!! Yikes! The Delta check-in agent was quite nice, though – letting me do what I needed to do and not rushing me!

Stampin’ Up! What’s Up on 26 Jan 16

Posted on January 26, 2016 by stampsnlingers

Good morning, y’all! Just a few things to update you on – in addition to revealing this week’s Weekly Deals! Just a hint – the uber-cute Bear Hugs Framelits are on sale this week!

First off – there are some items in the Sale-a-Bration Flyer that are only available thru 15 Feb! And that’s like right around the corner – I know cuz I’ll be home by then! Whoo-hoo! If you’ve had your eye on….Sky is the Limit (stamp set!)….the Perfectly Artistic Designer Paper…or Hello (stamp set)…now’s the time to be getting your orders in and earning these fun SAB products for FREE! 🙂 After the 15th – we’ll get another set of Sale-A-Bration items. What will they be?!? Even I don’t know yet!

Another new item of note is the kickoff of a new way to share items that are on backorder. Whereas before today, you’d watch for the list of items on my blog post each day – from here on out, whenever you place an order thru my online store…you’ll get immediate feedback on the availability of that item. The system will tell you right then if your product is on backorder or is low in the inventory. If the item is on backorder, you’ll see a message letting you know that, along with a button giving you the chance to cancel or add the item anyway! So, it’ll be completely up to you. Take a look-see at this example screen shot:

Stampin’ Up! Sweetbriar Rose Just a Note

Posted on January 11, 2016 by stampsnlingers

Good Monday morning. Today, we take a break from our regularly scheduled program and take a look back thru the dusty shelves of Mary’s Stampin’ spot in her living room! You may recall me telling you last week that I did a bit of a purge of my retired stamp sets, and “found” some oldie-but-goodies lurking in the shelving (actually $1.99 plastic CD boxes from Publix!). They were just begging to be used!

So, I granted the wish of a lovely lovely stamp called Sweetbriar Rose. This is an ala carte stamp (it comes all by itself, in wood) and is just wonderful. I combined it with a simple sentiment from Watercolor Wishes (which comes in the Watercolor Wishes Card Kit – and is WAY worth having – it’s a wonderful group of sentiments in gorgeous fonts!), and stepped way back into my wheelhouse.
