Stampin’ UP! Tags on the Go Sneak Peek Z-Fold Window Card with Video Tutorial

Good morning and happy Friday.  Is it just me or…are the Fridays coming fast and furious?!  Time is flying, I think!   Case in point – TODAY is the FINAL day to cash in on all the amazeballs benefits of Sale-A-Bration.  Whether its FREE goodies with your purchase, EXTRA free items in the form of more Stampin’ Rewards for large orders or…the wunnermus Starter Kit dealy-o…it ALL ends at midnight (MT) tonight!  Don’t miss this last chance to take advantage of the deals!

My card for today is another Sneak Peek at some new Online Exclusive products coming to you next week. Yup – the end of Sale-a-Bration means that the next Online Exclusives release is right around the corner!  This time, I’ve made a cool Z-fold Window card showcasing the new On the Go Suite – with the DSP of the same name – the coordinating Tags to Go bundle – and some fun embellishments from the Suite, too!  Take a look-see:

The layout for the front of this card is from The Paper Players sketch challenge this week.

I started by adhering a piece of Shy Shamrock paper from the new On the Go DSP (coming on 4 March!) to the front of a Shy Shamrock card base using Liquid Glue.  Note: I made sure to not get adhesive near the middle of the panel so that the next step would work out! 🙂

Using the largest of the Stylish Shapes circle dies, I cut a circle out of the front of the card base – running it back and forth thru the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine a couple of times since I was cutting thru DSP and cardstock at the same time.

I kept both circles that I’d cut out to use on my card.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere two 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ strips of Strawberry Slush  On the Go DSP (that’s right – Strawberry Slush is coming back!!) across the card front – one above and one below the circle.

Using the large Stylish Shapes circle die, I cut out a Strawberry Slush piece of the On the Go DSP .  I used Liquid Glue to adhere that die cut to the Shy Shamrock cardstock circle.

Using the SECOND from largest Stylish Shapes circle die, I cut it out of the Shy Shamrock On the Go DSP circle.  THAT one I adhered to the layered circle – turning the squiggle lines to be perpendicular to the lines on the card front.

On a piece of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the Tags to Go (coming 4 March) sentiment in Shy Shamrock ink.  I used the ticket die from the bundled Tags to Go die set to cut out the sentiment.  Then I trimmed the bottom half off the bottom – there’s a handy perforation that is cut when you use the die!

I threaded a couple of lengths of the Azure Afternoon Baker’s Twine – from the new Pack Your Bags Twine Three-Pack (coming on 4 March in the Suite) – thru the top of the tag.

I used another length of the Baker’s Twine to tie a bow around the twine.

I used Stampin’ Dimensionals – keeping them in the middle of the tag die cut – to adhere it to the circle.

Then I added some fun new On the Go Puffy Stickers – yes.  Yes, I DID use ALL the elements of the Suite on this card.  Boom! 🙂

For the Z-fold mechanism on the inside of the card, I used my Paper Trimmer to score a 5 1/2″ x 8″ piece of Basic Beige cardstock at 4″ and 6″ on the long side.  I folded it into a “Z”.

On the large panel, I stamped a second sentiment from Tags to Go in Shy Shamrock ink.  Then I added the little map-marker image from the set a couple of times in Azure Afternoon.

Using Liquid Glue, I adhered a couple of pieces of the On the Go DSP onto the smaller panels of the Z-fold.

I used Liquid Glue on the back of the large panel to adhere it to the inside of the card base.

Then I closed the card base and – using Liquid Glue on the exposed portion of the small panel – I placed and adhered the decorated circle.  It fits right back into place! 🙂

I added one last little On the Go Puffy Sticker on the small panel with the circle adhered to it – and the card was done!

My Basic White Medium Envelope got the map-marker image a few times in Azure Afternoon on the front…

…and more of the On the Go DSP on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  Y’all – this is a really fun Suite – with the colorful On the Go DSP giving it it’s name – and great coordinating designs and colors for you to play with!  The coordinating Tags to Go bundle has fun sentiments for sending someone off on a vacation or a new life adventure!  And the Baker’s Twine and Puffy Stickers are too cute!  If card making isn’t your thing – or you’re multi-crafty-ial – this would be an AMAZING suite for scrapbooking vacations – off-to-college’s – retirement – you name it!

Your $20 donation will give you access to a private Facebook page where at least 29 Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators will be sharing paper crafting project videos!  The projects will all be featuring either January-April 2025 Mini Catalog or newer Online Exclusive items.

The event started at 2:00 PM PT on Thursday, February 27 and will run through the weekend.  However, the replays and event page will remain live indefinitely so you’ll be able to access the page and videos any time afterward if you can’t attend live.

So – scan that QR code up there in the graphic – and make your donation (it’s going to take you to PayPal – where you can use a credit card!) – and then you’ll receive the info you need to join the FB Page!

Finn Fan Fix

This is “the stare’.

Dog parents recognize it for what it is.  We speak “dog” quite fluently.

When “the stare” fails to yield satisfactory results in a timely manner…

The body language becomes a little more…literal! 🙂
