Good morning – and Happy Monday! It’s the LAST Monday of February already – can you even believe that another month has come and gone?!? AND its even harder for me to believe that Sale-A-Bration is almost over! And there’s only ONE Sale-A-Bration this year, so..the chance for free goodies and an AMAZEBALLS joining special won’t be seen again until 2024!! 😳😳😳
My card today doesn’t use any Sale-a-Bration products, sorry! Instead, I’ve used the pretty Decorative Borders set paired with the Happy Labels sentiment set. And some pretty Cane Weave 3D Embossing to make a clean and simple note card for you. Take a look-see:
The layout for this one is from the Freshly Made Sketches challenge this week!
I started by stamping one of the pretty border images from Decorative Borders in Mossy Meadow on a piece of Crumb Cake cardstock. Above it, I stamped a second image – the vine – twice in Mossy Meadow. Note: it’s a shorter image – so I just lined it up and stamped it a second time! 😉
I ran the panel thru the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine inside the wonderful Cane Weave 3D Embossing Folder. Note: I started with a 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″ piece of cardstock then, once it was embossed, I cut it down to the finished size of 3 3/4″ x 5″. Embossing can change the size and shape of a panel a smidge – so doing it this way compensates for that! 🙂
I double-matted the panel – first on Mossy Meadow and then on Blackberry Bliss, using Stampin’ Seal.
I tied a small bow from a piece of Very Vanilla Baker’s Twine and adhered it with a dab of Liquid Glue.
On another piece of Crumb Cake cardstock, I stamped the Happy Labels sentiment in Blackberry Bliss ink and cut it out with a label die from the Stylish Shapes die set.
Using Black Stampin’ Dimensionals, I adhered the sentiment onto the card front over the bow.
I added a single Rustic Metallic Adhesive-backed Shape and the card front was done!
On the inside, I stamped the pretty corner image from Decorative Borders in Mossy Meadow on a piece of Crumb Cake cardstock.
I used Stampin Seal to adhere the panel to Mossy Meadow and Blackberry Bliss mats and then into my Crumb Cake card base, popped the card front on with Black Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done!
My Very Vanilla Medium Envelope got the corner Decorative Borders image in Mossy Meadow on the front…
…and I added the vine image – twice! – in Mossy Meadow on the envelope flap, too!
Et Voila! Not a lot of work on this one – super easy stamping and some embossing – all thanks to the pretty Decorative Borders stamp set and a sentiment from Happy Labels! And – the Cane Weave 3D Embossing Folders is one of my favorite ever!! 🙂

Finn Fan Fix 
When I close the dishwasher in the evening – Finn turns and heads to…1) the back door – if he has to go out one more time or…2) his bedroom if he’s ready for bed.
SOMETIMES – he finds the door is closed and…he can’t get it open.
So – I find him just standing there, staring at the door and waiting for me to come open it all the way!
Just waitin’ on mom. 🤷♀️
