Stampin’ Up! Country Floral Lane Bouquet Sneak Peek for the Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Good morning, y’all – welcome to another edition of the Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team blog hop!  Each month we make projects centered around a theme – and this month our theme is “Celebrate”!  We can interpret that any way we want – so…be sure to check and see everyone’s projects – we’ve got a bunch of talented ladies hopping with us this month!

I decided to celebrate friendship – and I did it with the cool new Country Bouquet Bundle – and (again!) – the Country Floral Lane DSP!  I got some inspiration from a couple of samples in the catalog for this gorgeous Suite!  Take a look-see:

In addition to the samples in the Jan – Apr 2023 Mini Catalog – which goes live on 5 Jan! – I got the idea for the layout from the Sketch Saturday challenge this week!

I started by adhering a pretty piece of Balmy Blue paper from the Country Floral Lane DSP on a Mossy Meadow mat.  I used Liquid Glue to adhere the matted panel on an angle on the front of my Sweet Sorbet card base.

You can see how it extends past the card base…

…then I used my Paper Trimmer to cut off the excess.

I matted a piece of Kraft Paper on Mossy Meadow and trimmed it in a similar way.  For this one, though, I lightly traced a line on the matted panel and cut it down to size – BEFORE I adhered it to the card front – so that I could stamp on it first!

I stamped the leaves from the Country Bouquet stamp set a few times in Mossy Meadow ink and the little double hearts image in Sweet Sorbet.

Then I adhered the panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut two more strips of Country Floral Lane DSP and adhered them to the card front with Liquid Glue.

On a piece of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the two-heart image from Country Bouquet in Sweet Sorbet and the two-leaf image in Mossy Meadow – then used the bundled Country Bouquet Punch to cut them all out.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the large heart and both leaves to the card front.

I stamped the Country Bouquet sentiment in Mossy Meadow on a strip of Basic White and popped it onto the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added the tiny heart with a Stampin’ Dimensional, too.

I added some Balmy Blue Pastel Adhesive-backed Sequins here and there and the card front was done!

For the inside, I inked just the larger Country Bouquet heart on the two-heart image in Sweet Sorbet and stamped it on a Basic White panel.  I also stamped the little hearts image a couple three times in Sweet Sorbet.

I used Stampin’ Seal to adhere the panel to a Mossy Meadow mat and into the Sweet Sorbet card base and the card was done!

My Basic White Medium Envelope got the Country Bouquet hearts on the front…

…and more of the Country Floral Lane DSP on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  Ohhh myyyyy (say that like George Takei says it – it sounds way cooler!) – I am loving this Country Bouquet bundle!!  You can use it just to tell a friend you care – or…for Valentine’s Day – or…just to tell someone you love them!  And the way Stampin’ Up! has created the hearts and leaves images works PERFECTLY with the bundled Country Bouquet Punch!

And I know I used the Country Floral Lane DSP yesterday but…I can’t help it. It’s beautiful!!
