Happy Happy Hawwmp Day!! Hope your week is going well! We’ve had a few really pretty – albeit chilly! – days. Typical Fall in Georgia!
Just a quick housekeeping note – remember that the Eden’s Garden goodies are available to you right now. And ALSO remember that my Special Bundle opportunity ENDS TONIGHT! If your order is in my Inbox when I wake up my computer tomorrow, then you’ll be good to go! 🙂
My card today is a reprise of the coming-in-the Jan – Jun 2022 Mini Catalog Blessings of Home bundle, with the gorgeous Heart & Home DSP. I am really liking this suite of goodies a LOT. Take a look-see:
The layout for this one is from the Just Add Ink sketch challenge this week.
And I also played along with the Just Us Girls Leaves challenge!
I started by adhering a piece of gray wood grain paper from the new Heart & Home DSP (you’ll be able to get this in Jan!) on a Pale Papaya mat for the card front.
Next, I used the middle rectangle side in the Scalloped Contours Die set to cut a bee-utiful Cinnamon Cider piece of paper from the DSP pack. I LOVE this paper – gorgeous florals on one side and gray wood-grain on the other!
I adhered the die cut to the card front with Liquid Glue.
I used a scalloped-edge die from the Layering Circles Dies to cut a Pale Papaya 2021-2023 In Color Shimmer Vellum circle and adhered it with Liquid Glue.
Using several of the leaves dies in the Flowers of Home die set (which will be bundled with the Blessings of Home die set), I cut several from Cinnamon Cider cardstock and a few from Pale Papaya 2021-2023 In Color Shimmer Vellum.
I used Liquid Glue to adhere the leaves to the card front. Then I used Glue Dots to make a “bow” from a little bit of 3/8″ Diamond Weave Ribbon.
On a piece of Basic White, I stamped the smaller floral image from the Blessings of Home stamp set in Basic Gray, then cut it with the coordinating die in Flowers of Home.
I colored the image with my Granny Apple Green, Pale Papaya, Cinnamon Cider and Daffodil Delight Stampin Blends Combos.
Using a Glue Dot (on top of the “bow”) and a few double-stacks of Stampin’ Dimensionals, I adhered the die cut bouquet onto the card front.
I stamped the Blessings of Home sentiment in Cinnamon Cider on a Basic White strip – snipped a banner end on the right end and used Liquid Glue and double-stacked Dimensionals to adhere it.
I used a Glue Dot to tuck a sweet little Bumblebee Trinket up near the bow and then added some white dots from the Classic Matte Dots (these are coming in the new catalog and are seriously pretty!!) and the card front was done!
For the inside, I inked the Blessings of Home floral image in Basic Gray – stamped it off THREE times and then stamped the middle of a Basic White panel without re-inking.
I used Stampin’ Seal to adhere the panel to a Pale Papaya mat and into my Cinnamon Cider card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done.
My Basic White Medium Envelope got the Blessings of Home floral on the front – colored as I’d done on the card front…
…and more of the Heart & Home DSP on the envelope flap.
Et Voila! Wow. I’ll tell you what – between this Blessings of Home suite and the Eden’s Garden bundle – I am SUPER excited to get my mitts on the Jan – Jul 2022 Mini Catalog, aren’t you?! I mean – serious!
I hope you like!
