Stampin’ Up! Icing on My Frosted Gingerbread & Peppermints

Hey guys – happy Sunday!  Normally we’d have gotten together last night on a FB video – but…BACKSTAGE happened (and was awesome!).  I learned a lot – if you get a chance, search for Dana Wylde (Train Your Brain) and Carey Lohrenz (Span of Control).  Amazing women!

Want to remind you that we’re doing a cool Check Out The Krew event this afternoon/evening!  It’s going to be fun – with lots of info about joining Stampin’ Up!, Prize patrols, and even a ZOOM-based “meet & greet”!  Scroll down for the links and get approved into the Facebook group right away so you don’t miss a thing!

Okay – on to my card!  This one leans heavily on the fun Gingerbread & Peppermints Memories & More Card Pack and Cards & Envelopes!  All I had to add was the Frosted Gingerbread bundle.  Take a look-see:

The layout for this one is from The Global Design Project sketch challenge!

I started with a fun card base from the Gingerbread & Peppermints Memories & More Cards & Envelopes pack – it has a sweet printed “middle” (that looks like gingerbread!).  To that, I adhered a “cooling rack” die cut embellishment from the Gingerbread & Peppermints Memories & More Card Pack with Liquid Glue.

I cut three Cinnamon Cider “gingerbread” cookies and matching “frosting” in Basic White using the Gingerbread Dies and adhered them together with Liquid Glue.

The sentiment – from Frosted Gingerbread – is stamped in Real Red on Basic White and cut with my go-to Tasteful Labels die set!

I adhered the bottom two cookies with Liquid Glue then popped the ornament cookie on with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Then I added the sentiment with Dimensionals and a little Liquid Glue.

I cut four small “peppermint” bases (aka – circles!) using the Gingerbread Dies and adhered a Real Red Gingerbread & Peppermint Acrylic Shape to each one with a little dab of Liquid Glue.

I added the peppermints to the card front with Liquid Glue and the card front was done!

On the inside, I stamped some cookies from Frosted Gingerbread in Cinnamon Cider onto a Basic White panel.

I used Stampin’ Seal to adhere the panel to a Cinnamon Cider panel to the inside of the card base and the card was done!

My Gingerbread & Peppermints Memories & More Envelope just got a few Frosted Gingerbread cookies in Cinnamon Cider on the front…

…and I didn’t have to do a THING to the flap cuz….it’s already done for us!!

Et Voila!  How cute is that little cooling rack die cut from the Gingerbread & Peppermints Memories & More Card Pack?!  It’s chock-a-block full of fun things to help you make cards for the holidays!  And just add them to the Gingerbread & Peppermints Memories & More Cards & EnvelopesFrosted Gingerbread is the perfect complement to the whole suite!!  And – have I convinced you YET that you NEED the Tasteful Labels Die set?!? 😳😳😳

I hope you like!
