Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Autumn for the Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Good morning, y’all – welcome to another edition of Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team blog hop!  Each month we make projects centered around a theme – and this month our theme is Fall Frenzy!  We can interpret that any way we want – so…be sure to check and see everyone’s projects – we’ve got a bunch of talented ladies hopping with us this month!

I decided to build a pretty Fall wreath using a Gold Hoop Embellishment and the Beautiful Autumn Bundle.  Did you know that the Autumn Punch Pack – part of this pretty bundle – actually punch out images in the Gilded Autumn Specialty DSP?!  Yep – it’s true!  So… I did some of that.  Take a look see:

The layout for this one comes from the sketch side of this week’s FUSION challenge.

I started by matting some Gilded Autumn Specialty DSP on Bumble Bee card stock for the card front.

I used a strip of Stampin’ Seal to secure a length of 3/8″ Embroidered Ribbon to the card front – securing it in the back with Glue Dots.

I cut two strips of Brushed Metallic cardstock – one in Copper and one in Bronze.  I embossed them – one in each of the two folders in the new Wrapped in Texture Embossing Folder pack.  Then I punched both ends with the new Banners Pick A Punch and adhered them to the card front with Liquid Glue.

On a smaller piece of the same Gilded Autumn Specialty DSP, I stamped the small Beautiful Autumn sentiment in Early Espresso.  Then I matted it on Bumble Bee and popped it onto the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped some Beautiful Autumn leaves in Early Espresso – adding “fill” in Cajun Craze and Bumble Bee.  Some of them I stamped a couple of times without re-inking to vary the look.  I also stamped a few wheat stalks in Bumble Bee on Very Vanilla and fussy cut them

Using the Autumn Punch Pack – I punched my stamped leaves, and several of the foiled leaves in the Gilded Autumn Specialty DSP.  I also punched a couple of foil acorns – that I colored with my Light Soft Suede and Light Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends.

I started the collage with a Gold Hoop Embellishment, adhered with a couple Glue Dots.  Then I used some Liquid Glue to adhere a couple of World of Good Elements and the fussy cut wheat stalks.  Finally – I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front…

…then I used those Dimensionals – and Liquid Glue – to adhere all my elements.

I tied a Linen Thread double-loop bow and added it with a Glue Dot.

I added some Bumble Bee 2020-2022 In Color Enamel Dots – and the card front was done!

On the inside, I added a second sentiment from Beautiful Autumn in Early Espresso to a Very Vanilla panel.  In the corner, I added some wheat and leaves – in Early Espresso, Bumble Bee and Cajun Craze – and a few more 2020-2022 In Color Enamel Dots.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Bumble Bee mat and into my Cajun Craze card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done!

My Very Vanilla Medium Envelope got more Beautiful Autumn wheat and leaves on the front…

…and some pretty Gilded Autumn Specialty DSP on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  I love this Beautiful Autumn stamp set – with the pretty sentiments and leaves – and there’s even pine cones!  And – with the bundled Autumn Punch Pack – you can punch those little boogers right out!  AND some of the foil-embossed images in the Gilded Autumn Specialty DSP, as well!

I hope you like! 🙂
