Stampin’ Up! Varied Vases Sneak Peek for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Happy Thursday, y’all – and welcome to another Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop!! We’ve got a great color challenge today, and I hope you’ll check out everyone’s projects when you’re done here!

I am really loving the Varied Vases bundle – with the gorgeous stamp set and the Vases Builder Punch!  It’ll be available on 1 June in the new 2018-2019 Annual Catalog (unless you’re a demonstrator – then you can get it right now!).  I used it over top of some beautiful, predominantly Old Olive, paper from the Share What You Love Specialty DSP (you can get this right now!).  Take a look-see:

Can you tell what our colors are?

My layout works perfectly with the Freshly Made Sketches challenge!

I started by adhering some Share What You Love Specialty DSP to a Daffodil Delight mat with Liquid Glue.

The art and sentiment are on a Whisper White Stitched Shapes oval, matted on a scalloped Daffodil Delight mat, cut with the Ovals Layering Framelits dies.

I inked the flower outline images from Varied Vases in Old Olive and stamped them on the oval.  Using the fill-in images (these are two-step), I added Daffodil Delight for the flowers.

I stamped three different sized vases in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on Whisper White and punched them with the Vases Builder Punch (which you can get in the new catalog in June – bundled to save you 10%!). I also stamped some Old Olive leaves on Old Olive card stock and punched them out, too.

I stamped the tiny and sweet Varied Vases sentiment in Calypso Coral.

I used Liquid Glue to add the leaves and the two vases on the ends, and popped the middle vase on with a regular and Mini Stampin’ Dimensional.

I stamped another Old Olive and Daffodil Delight tulip on Whisper White, punched it with the Vases Builder Punch, and popped it over the stamped tulip with a Mini Stampin’ Dimensional.

To finish it all off, I used some Liquid Glue to adhere a few beads from the new Tranquil Textures Sprinkles, a couple of Share What You Love Artisan Pearls, and a tiny Linen Thread bow!

On the inside, I added a second sentiment from Varied Vases in Calypso Coral on Whisper White.  Then I added another vase and flower in Tuxedo Black, Old Olive and Daffodil Delight.

I matted the panel on Daffodil Delight, then adhered it in my Basic Black card base with Liquid Glue, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done!

My Whisper White Medium Envelope got a reprise of the Varied Vases flower on the front…

…and I added more of the Share What You Love Specialty DSP to the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  The Varied Vases bundle is from the creative mind of Mary Fish – this was her Million Dollar Sales bundle! – and it’s really wonderful!  Love all the flower images and sweet sentiments – and how easy everything is to get lined up perfectly!  Hope you like!
