Based on our forecasts, we purchased enough Fast Fuse Adhesive to ensure that we would be able to support high demand during the Fast Fuse 5-Day Sale. Due to challenges sourcing this product however, we knew our Fast Fuse Adhesive supply would be large—but limited. We also knew that in order to support you and customers through the life of the 2017–2018 annual catalog, we needed to set up a low inventory threshold and be prepared to end the promotion early.
