Finn Fan Fix 
Well. Groomer day didn’t EXACTLY (or at all!) work out like we planned. 🙁
We got to the groomer right on time – and he said “she’s all matted and that means a full shave off and I don’t do full shave offs”.
I mean – I KNEW she was a hot mess but..that seemed pretty extreme.
But – okay. We brought her home.
I headed to Pilates and…when I came home – walked out to the barn to….
We’d had a bath – and brush – and he was trying to carefully unravel all the knots. God Bless him!
Based on her expression, I feel like she wasn’t feeling all the grateful.
Work did not progress at anything approaching….speed. So – we resorted to the clippers. It had to be done.
Addy went from THIS Hot Mess…
…to a marginally cleaner, somewhat less odiferous, and very much more….uhm…well.
Yeah. It’s not great. At least there’s no more mats!
But – as women for time immemorial have said to themselves on the drive home from a bad haircut…
It’ll grow out. 😉
Eventually. 🤷♀️ And then we’ll take her un-matted self BACK to the groomer!
Sure do hope this cardmaking gig works out cuz…dog groomer is NOT on the plate for me!
