Good morning, y’all! It’s Thursday – which means it’s time for another Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. We’ve got a sketch challenge to work with and I’m excited to see what everyone brings to the table. I just know you’re going to see a ton of awesome-ness on the hop today!
I pulled out some of our Mix and Match goodies from the Sep-Dec 2025 Mini Catalog (available on 3 Sept 2025) for today’s sneak peek Christmas Card! With a Christmas Greetings Mix & Match Card and Envelope as the base – I decorated it with pieces and parts from the Christmas Tags & More Mix & Match Specialty DSP and added a couple of gold foil sentiment-stickers from the Greetings for You Mix & Match Ephemera Pack. That’s a lot of mixing and matching! Take a look-see:
To start – I matted a piece of the Christmas Tags & More Mix & Match Specialty DSP on Real Red for the card base – and then added a second, smaller, piece – also matted on Real Red cardstock – adhering it with Liquid Glue.
Using the largest Stylish Shapes circle die, I cut out a Gold Foil circle and adhered it with Liquid Glue.
With Stampin’ Seal +, I adhered a loop-d-doo of new Real Red Shiny 1/2″ Ribbon (available on 3 Sept).
Then I used Liquid Glue to adhere a die cut ornament and some leaves – all from the Christmas Tags & More Mix & Match Specialty DSP.
I added a die cut poinsettia from Christmas Tags & More Mix & Match Specialty DSP with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I tucked another die cut leaf underneath the flower – securing it with Liquid Glue.
All of the pretty, gold-foil sentiments in the new Greetings for You Mix & Match Ephemera Pack are stickers – with adhesive-backing. Using that backing – and a dimensional – I adhered the sentiment to the card front.
I tied a simple bow from some White & Gold Baker’s Twine (this pack is a new Online Exclusive, also available on 3 Sept) and adhered it to the top of the ornament with a little Liquid Glue. Then I added some Real Red Traditional Sparkling Sequins (new on 3 Sept) and the card front was done.
On the inside of my Crumb Cake Christmas Greetings Mix & Match Card I added a second Greetings for You Mix & Match Ephemera Pack sentiment sticker and adhered another Christmas Tags & More Mix & Match Specialty DSP die cut bough in the corner using Liquid Glue.
I used Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the card front to the front of the Crumb Cake Christmas Greetings Mix & Match Card and the card was done!
I used the adhesive on a Greetings for You Mix & Match Ephemera Pack sentiment sticker to adhere it to the front of the matching Christmas Greetings Mix & Match Envelope…
…and didn’t have to do ANYTHING to the envelope flap cuz…it’s already decorated! They come that way! 🙂
Et Voila! Located near the front of the Sep-Dec 2025 Mini Catalog (they’re all on page 15) these three products are simply chock-a-block FULL of sentiments, die cuts and pretty papers for all your Christmas card-making creative mojo! So – don’t you be missing the Christmas Greetings Mix & Match Card and Envelope, Christmas Tags & More Mix & Match Specialty DSP, and Greetings for You Mix & Match Ephemera Pack. Snap up a pack (or more!) of each quick as you can – it’s all going to be available SOON on 3 Sept 2025!!
