Happy happy hawwmp day, y’all! I don’t want to brag but….AFTER I go have my physical this morning and then come home and have five cups of coffee to make up for NO coffee….then I’ll be waiting anxiously by my computer to see…drummmmrooolllll….the NEW Sept – Dec 2025 Mini Catalog!! Whoo-hoo! Yup – at 3pm my time – the digital version will be available for us demonstrators to see!! I can hardly wait! 🎉🎉
Today’s card is a subtle-y colored little number – made with the Layers of Beauty bundle (I LOVE the decorative masks in this set!!) – and some Forever Plaid 3D Embossing! All to make a beautiful thank you card. Take a look-see:
I pulled some elements for this one from the Festive Friday Inspo List this week. I got Skin Tones, Sparkle, Stencil and Florals!

I started by embossing a piece of Crumb Cake cardstock in the Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder. Then, using a small Blending Brush, I colored the edges with Pecan Pie ink. Then I tore it down to size and popped it onto the front of a Pecan Pie card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
On another piece of Crumb Cake cardstock, I stamped the large Layers of Beauty image in Early Espresso ink. Then I colored the image with the bundled Decorative Masks.
– Mask 1 – Petal Pink ink
– Mask 2 and Mask 3 – Pecan Pie ink
– Mask 4 and Mask 5 – Mossy Meadow ink
With the coloring complete – I used the Layers of Beauty die to cut it out.
I tied a Double-Loop Linen Thread bow and adhered it with Liquid Glue.
On a narrow strip of Petal Pink cardstock, I stamped the Layers of Beauty sentiment in Early Espresso ink.
I used Paper Snips to cut a banner in the right end and then adhered it over the bow with double-stacked Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I added some gold Low-Profile Dots and the card front was done!
On the inside, I stamped a second Layers of Beauty sentiment in Early Espresso ink on a Petal Pink panel. In the bottom corners I stamped a small floral image from the set in Petal Pink ink.
I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to the inside of the Pecan Pie card base and the card was done!
My Basic White Medium Envelope got the small floral image in Petal Pink on the front…
…and again on the envelope flap.
Et Voila! Oh my goodness – I love love love how beautifully the Decorative Masks in the Layers of Beauty color the coordinating big, beautiful floral! Our masks are SO good! And the Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder will be one of my faves for…EVER! 😉

The 2025 back-to-school sales tax holiday season begins this weekend and there are twelve states (Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Massachusetts, New Mexico, Ohio, South Caroling, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia) offering a sales tax holiday for school supplies during the months of July and August.
