Now – a quick update from me. Most of you know that I’ve been in Colorado for a while now – taking care of my mom. The outcome of the visit was always known to her and to us – and she went Home last Monday morning.
My brother and I – with Wayne’s help – are making our way thru the next steps – not least of which is just getting used to her…not…being here. It’s still feeling very surreal and the reality is hitting me at the most unexpected moments. For this next week, I’m going to be dealing with her Service and the house and packing what we’re bringing home. And then we’ll be leaving here on Thursday.
I’ll be posting as best I can thru the week but…I’m going to ask for a little grace on the content! Y’all have been so kind and patient with me – just bear with me a little bit longer, okay?
