Stampin’ Up! June 2024 Life is Sweet Paper Pumpkin and a Peek at the July 2024 Kit!

Good morning and Happy Happy Hawmmmp Day! Hope your week is going well so far.  Are y’all traveling for the 4th of July?  I just heard that this holiday week – starting on the 29th and running thru 7 Jul is predicted to be the biggest one in ….well.  A really long time.  So…if you ARE traveling – be safe and…pack your patience!

I got my June Paper Pumpkin in the mail recently and since it had looked good in the sneak peeks we get, I decided to put it together right quick!

And boy – was it worth doing!  I got NINE cards – three each of three designs…and they’re gorgeous!

Right?!  So summery and fresh!  I love them!

The kit includes an exclusive stamp set (all sentiments – yeah!) and a Shy Shamrock ink spot.

Like ALL our fun Paper Pumpkin kits – this one includes all the adhesives, precut paper pieces, Linen Thread, and embellishments that I needed to put the cards together.  AND – decorated envelopes with fun scalloped edges! for the cards!! As you can see – new In Colors feature prominently!  Pretty in Pink, Shy Shamrock and Peach Pie take centerstage!

The first card – in Peach Pie, with luscious cherries – introduced the “scallops” design element and pretty, glimmery sentiment die cuts.  Those are all cut and ready – just like the cherries and tiny vellum flowers!  Only the sentiment needs stamping!

I added a simple sentiment on the inside of this one in Shy Shamrock.

And there’s a color-coordinated envelope (of course!)!

The next card leaned into Shy Shamrock – and added….peaches!  Glorious peaches!  And check out that frame.  There’s even a die cut vellum piece BEHIND the frame – to add some softness.

I turned this one into a Thank You Card – love that big, bold sentiment!

The final design is my fave.

I left this one blank inside – it’s handy for me to be able to add sentiments – mostly to congratulate my team on their accomplishments!

But – I DID remember to get a good photo of the pretty scallops on the envelope flaps.  And to be clear – ALL the envelopes in the kit have this design element!

I think it’s pretty obvious WHY this one was my fave – I mean…Seriously!?  All those leaves and layers?!

Aren’t they pretty!?  And they ALL have Linen Thread and vellum and glimmery-ness!  Perfect!
