Good morning, y’all!  It’s Thursday – which means it’s time for another Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop!!  We’ve got a color challenge today and I’m excited to see what everyone brings to the table!  I just know you’re going to see a ton of awesome-ness on the hop today!

When I saw the color combo we were to work with this week – I was thinking Christmas.  But…I’m sort of ready to move on! 🙂  So…I pulled out a few new goodies – including the Sweet Strawberry stamp set with its bundled Strawberry Builder Punch and the coordinating Sale-A-Bration set called Berry Blessings & the pack of Berry Delightful DSP.  These will ALL be available on 5 Jan – and some of them will be FREE!  And….one more fun thing!  The Punch Party stamp set.  Which is a HOST set – that you’ll be able to earn FREE during Sale-A-Bration.  Take a look-see:

And – here’s our color challenge – as you can see from the graphic, we had to use at least 3 of the colors!

I also borrowed the sketch over at the TGIF Challenge for a little help on the layout.

I started by matting a piece of Berry Blessings DSP on Pool Party for the card front.  Then I cut a piece of Pool Party with a Stitched Rectangle Die and adhered it to the card front with Liquid Glue.

I stamped the pretty oval frame from the Punch Party stamp set in Old Olive on Whisper White and then added a sentiment in Misty Moonlight.  This set coordinates with THREE punches…

I punched the sentiment with the new Double Oval Punch (coming on 5 Jan in the Jan – Jun 2021 Mini Catalog) and popped it onto the Pool Party rectangle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a piece of Whisper White, I made some strawberry parts!  These are all 2-step images – the Sweet Strawberry set is photopolymer, so it’s easy to line things up!.  I made the strawberries in Poppy Parade and the little leaf-hats and larger leaves in Old Olive.  They’re all punched with the Strawberry Builder Punch (which will be bundled with the stamp set – saving you 10%!).

I adhered the leaf-hats to the strawberries with Liquid Glue – then adhered the larger leaves and the bottom two strawberries to the card front with Liquid Glue.

The final strawberry is popped on with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I tied a little bow from two pieces of the Whisper White twine that’s in the new Snail Mail Twine Combo Pack and adhered it to the top strawberry with a Glue Dot.

I used a Glue Dot to adhere a new Ladybug Trinket and the card front was done!

On the inside, I stamped a second sentiment from the Punch Party set in Misty Moonlight.  I used my Poppy Parade and Old Olive Stampin’ Write Markers to color the sweet little flowers and leaves that are part of that font.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Pool Party mat and into my Poppy Parade card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done!

My Whisper White Medium Envelope got another little flower image from the Punch Party stamp set – in Misty Moonlight and the Old Olive and Poppy Parade Stampin’ Write Markers…

…and more of the Berry Delightful DSP on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  Okay, y’all – how fun is this Sweet Strawberry bundle?  And – the addition of the coordinating Berry Blessings stamp set and gorgeous Berry Delightful DSP (free in Sale-A-Bration!) is a genius and wonderful thing that Stampin’ Up! has done for us!!
