Stampin’ Up! A Beautiful Glistening Snowfall!

Happy Saturday, y’all!  We’re headed into the last day of OnStage 2019!  Wow – I can hardly believe it’s almost over.  It’s gone by SO fast.

I suppose it really IS true that time-flies-when-you’re-having-fun!  And being here with all these Demos from around the world and, most ESPECIALLY! – with my wonderful teammates from the Critters-N-Creatin’ Krew and Amy’s Inkin’ Krew….has been AWESOME fun!!

Of course – getting FREE goodies AND seeing the new 2019 Occasions Catalog and Sale-a-Bration products doesn’t hurt, either! 😉

My card today is a quick and easy one that really celebrates the new limited-time Snowflake Showcase products – particularly the Snow is Glistening stamp set and the most-wonderful Snowfall Thinlits!  Take a look-see:

This one was super easy to create – so buckle up!

I started by inking up the “cloud” – is it a “snow” cloud?? – from the Beautiful Blizzard stamp set (in the 2018 Holiday Catalog) in Balmy Blue and stamping-it-off-once on scrap paper,  Then I stamped it in the corner of a Whisper White panel. I did that two more times (for a total of three – in case you lost track!).

Over top of the snow cloud, I added the little snowflake image from Snow is Glistening a few times in full-strength Balmy Blue.  Then I matted the panel on Tranquil Tide card stock with Liquid Glue.

I inked the sentiment from Snow is Glistening in Tranquil Tide and added it to my blizzard.

The snowflakes – all cut with dies in the Snowfall Thinlits (my goodness, I LOVE this die set!!) – are done in Silver Glimmer Paper and Tranquil Tide Joyous Noel 6″ x 6″ Glimmer Paper.  I used Liquid Glue to stack them up and then to adhere them to the card front.

I added some clear drops from the Frosted & Clear Epoxy Droplets to the middle of the snowflakes and the card front was done!

On the inside, I added another stamped-off-once Balmy Blue snow cloud (from Beautiful Blizzard), some full-strength Balmy Blue snowflakes and a Tranquil Tide sentiment from Snow Is Glistening to a Whisper White panel.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Tranquil Tide mat and into my Balmy Blue card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done!

My Whisper White Medium Envelope got more snow cloud and snowflakes on the front…

…and a veritable blizzard of snowflakes on the envelope flap!

Et Voila! I love this suite of products! The Snow Is Glistening stamp set and Snowfall Thinlits really add glitter and bling to a soft snow cloud from the Beautiful Blizzard stamp set.  I hope you like (and are adding this limited-time bundle to your stash!).
