Saturday was a rough day here at the Deatherage house.
Our sweet Leo went to the Rainbow Bridge. He’ll be in good company – too many of our fur children have preceded him.
I made it as easy for him as I could. I hope it was easier for him than it was for me.
He’s the all-black fellow in the back – the one with the big yellow eyes. Those eyes saved his and his sister 15 years ago.
Rest in Peace, sweet boy.

I am so sorry about Leo. I don’t see why my eye doctor says I have dry eyes. I am quite capable of creating tears. He will always be remembered as the two-headed cat in my book. I can hardly wait for 8 PM. See you then, sweet friend.

I’m very sorry to hear the news about Leo. We lost our sweet Tammi a little over a week ago. It is always so very hard to say good bye. My thoughts are with you Mary.

So sorry to hear of your loss. It is so hard to lose a pet. That is the only downside to pet ownership. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I have been through it, and will go through it again. As hard as it is, the joy they give us during their lives are more than worth the pain of losing them.
