Saturday was wonderfully wonderful at Skyview Mountain Cottage!
We staggered into the living room in our pj’s and started drinking coffee and yakking while James made our breakfast!
Blueberry French toast baked casserole with all sorts of yumm-o toppings…and bacon and eggs and Tater Tot Bombs! Plus healthy options, too!
Hey Blueberries are healthy! 😉
Then we yakked and yakked after breakfast – and we saw one of the denizens of the forest (the cottage is surrounded by a 5500 acre conservancy) up close and personal…
Finally – we adjourned to the craft room!
Sue gave us a tutorial on coloring with Stampin’ Blends.

As you might imagine, we were pretty enthralled.
After lunch – tacos! – Amy did a super blogging talk and then we worked on the rest of the shoebox swaps for the remainder of the day!
Today’s our last day. 🙁 It’s going to be hard to leave and go back to reality (and no James-catering-to-our-every-need!!). It’s been such a great weekend – we have the BEST group of folks in our teams and it’s been a joy spending this time with them!

If I do get to watch, it’ll be from Disney 🙂 Deer have such beautiful faces. So glad you got to enjoy up close and personal. The weather cooperated for you so that was good. James and the food…what more can be said. We do have a lovely, thoughtful, talented and creative group and I’m glad I’m a part of it.
