Happy Day.
Happy Happy Friday!
Today, I considered using all current products.
And then, I spied with my little eye…The Share What You Love goodies laying in plain site on my craft table. And decided…nah! I’m playing with that gorgeous Share What You Love Specialty DSP, the Lovely Floral Dynamic TIEF and some of the goodies in the Share What You Love Embellishment Kit. In the course of making the card, I also pulled out the Painted Glass stamp set and the fun Graceful Glass 6″ x 6″ Designer Vellum. Take a look see:
My layout was inspired by the sketch challenge over at the Paper Craft Crew.
I began by embossing a Basic Black panel in the Lovely Florals Dynamic TIEF (available 1 May in the Gotta Have It All early release bundle!) and then I matted it on Grapefruit Grove card stock (1 June) with Fast Fuse.
With the largest circle Stitched Shapes Framelits die, I cut a circle image from the Graceful Glass 6″ x 6″ Designer Vellum (available 1 June). I used a few Glue Dots to adhere it to the card front.
I pulled out one of the beautiful pearlized papers in the Share What You Love Specialty DSP and fussy cut some flowers. Then I found a great leaves image in the Rooted in Nature stamp set (1 June) and stamped it in Tranquil Tide ink on Mint Macaron card stock (1 June), then cut it with the matching die in the Nature’s Roots Framelits (1 June – bundled with the Rooted in Nature set).
I also cut some leaves with the Eclectic Layers Thinlits – available now – from Basic Black.
I wound some Pear Pizzazz 3/8″ Shimmer Ribbon across the vellum circle with Glue Dots.
Finally, I stamped a sentiment from the Painted Glass stamp set in Grapefruit Grove on one of the pretty die cut sentiment labels in the Share What You Love Embellishment Kit.
I put Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back of the sentiment and used them to wind Silver Metallic Thread loops. Then I popped it over the ribbon.
I used Liquid Glue and Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals to layer all the flowers and leaves around the sentiment.
I added a couple of the silver rose embellishments to the large flowers (these might be my favorite embellishments EVER!) and some Share What You Love Artisan Pearls and the card front was done!
On the inside, I stamped the small rose image from the Painted Glass set in Tranquil Tide on a Whisper White panel. Then I used my Clear Wink of Stella as a paintbrush to color the rose in Pool Party and Tranquil Tide. Finally – cuz I really really love them! – I added another of the Share What You Love Artisan Pearls.
I Fast Fuse’d the panel to a Grapefruit Grove mat and into my Basic Black card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done.
On the front of my Whisper White Medium Envelope, I added another Painted Glass rose in Tranquil Tide and Pool Party…
…and then added a little more of the beautiful Share What You Love Specialty DSP to the envelope flap.
Et Voila! Last night you got to see all the goodies in the Share What You Love bundle (the Gotta Have it All) – and I hope this card helps you know that YOU GOTTA HAVE IT ALL! And – once June rolls around – plan to add the goodies from the Graceful Glass and Nature’s Poem Suites to your stash! Hope you like!
I’ve added some info below about the Share What You Love early release down below – be sure to check it out, okay? 1 May is just around the corner!

Finn Fan Fix
Yesterday was grooming day!
The Man has gotten pretty stoic about it – he only rolls his eyes a little when I ask him to get up on “the spot” (a few beams in the barn so I don’t break my back brushing him!).
We do his feathers…
…and his skirt…
And, of course, the pantaloonies.
These fluffy beauties are no accident, people!

Just gorgeous!!! The card AND the Man.
It’s the fluffy pantaloonies – they send the ladies over the moon every time! 😉 Thanks, Mom! 🙂
Love, love, love your card! So many pretty things…the embossing folder, the paper, the sentiment. Perfect! And he does look quite handsome all brushed out. Glad that he’s cooperative, most kids aren’t. 😉
He wasn’t at first – but then he realized he has a moral obligation to all his fans to look good. It’s the sacrifice he makes for his art. Erh…well. You know. Thanks so much, Amy – I’m blown away by the beautiful things in this catalog!
Absolutely love this card, Mary!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks, Angie – some wonderful new products in it! 🙂
Okay, seriously…why don’t I just go ahead and order everything you order and make all my cards like yours…lol! Finn is sooooo handsome and you are a fantastic groomer as well as card creator!
Well – that’s certainly a way to go! At least the “order everything” piece – SOOOO much easier! And – the only way we’ll know my true grooming skills is with a deep dive for hidden tangles and snarls! 😉 Thanks much, Karen! 🙂
WELL done!!
Thanks very much, Sharon! ;0
