Stampin’ Up! Sunday Video Sneak Peek

Mornin’, y’all!  Hope you remembered to set your clocks back last night when you went to bed!  I personally wish we’d just stick with daylight savings time all year long.  I hate this jumping around, don’t you?

So – you might be wondering about the relatively cryptic nature of the title of my post today?  Usually I stick a stamp name or die set or something like that in there, I know.

But…I had a card in my head when I got back from work last night.  And I spent too long trying desperately to make it work.  And it just wouldn’t.  But I refused to give up the concept, so I pulled out the Card Front Builder Thinlits.  And some Christmas Around the World plaid.

And then the creative process simply…stalled.  I had a concept, but…nothing concrete.  So…I decided to sleep on it and took a picture of what I had.  Take a look-see:

Looks promising, maybe – we’ll see what transpires when I look at it in the light of day! 🙂

I sure hope you’ll join me tonight, at 8pm Eastern, on my Stamps-N-Lingers Facebook page.  And we’ll all see what I’ve come up with by then! 🙂

Have a super Sunday – enjoy that extra hour!

TTFN

Mary

  1. Are those rabbit feet for good luck…lol! His feet are as cute as the rest of him. Well, the tease this morning is a tease for you as well. Can’t wait to see what you pull off…I know it will be stunning.

    • I know – his big ole feets are just so cute!! With luck what we do tonight on the video will be anything close to the sneak peek. Might actually not be! Thanks, Karen! 🙂

  2. Hope that I can tune in tonight to see what you finally decide to make. 🙂 And hopefully I’ll be there at the right time…I hate the stupid time change!!

  3. Kate

    Up early…😕
Card looks more than a little promising to me! Will look forward to seeing the final “do”.

    • Me, too. Bleh. And – with luck, I’ll have something by tonight! And it might even still look like the sneak peek! 🙂 Thanks, Mom!

Hi Mary, I hope you set your clock Back instead of forward. It’s hard to keep it straight.
Looking forward to your FB Live program tonight. Storming here and that could interfere with my country reception.
    Have a good day.

  5. Marge

FYI you need to set your clock back not forward…smile!

    • LOL – I know! I noticed that (and fixes it!) this morning! But…last night when I went to bed….guess what I did. Yup. Moved them all forward. Even as I was reciting the Spring Forward Fall Back in my head. This morning was very confusing, indeed!! Thanks, Marge! 🙂

  6. Karen

Hi!!! If you set your clocks forward, you went the wrong way. 😂. But you got an early start on the day!! We “fall back” in the fall. I’m sure you did it correctly. I’m not being mean. Huggs.

    • Yep. Totally know Fall Back. And absolutely set them wrong last night! LOL. This morning was very very confusing!! 😂😂😂

  7. intriguing! And, I don’t like the time change either. Just leave it one way or the other. The daylight hours are the same, it just depends on whether you like light in the morning or in the evening which way you want it to be. How about we forget clocks altogether and just go by the sun? 🙂

    • I do that anyway at home! One of the worst things about being gone is that I usually have to be somewhere at a “time” – and that means getting up way before I want to…hence. The Alarm Clock! Bleh… See you tonight, Julie! 🙂

At Mama’s with only my ipad so not sure I can tune in tonight but I’m very interested in seeing what you come up with! Sneaky peak! I’d think with your outdoor work, you (or Wayne at least!) would like the longer daylight summer hours.

    • Yes, ma’am! We like the longer days. Daylight Savings for us! Hope you’ll be able to tune in but if not, you can always watch the replay! Have a good visit with your mom, Susan! 🙂
