Stampin’ Up! Sneak Peek of my Facebook Live Video for 26 Mar!

Hey, y’all!  How’s your weekend going so far?  Good, I hope!

I’m going to be a total tease with this post.  This a teensy sneak peek of the card I’m going to show you tonight on my Facebook Live video!

I will not, however, repeat the error of using Cherry Cobbler Thick Baker’s Twine – since it’s retired!  Sorry, guys. 🙁

I do hope you’ll come by.  And – if you like – have the supplies ready to go and we can make the card together!  Either way – you’ll see how to make this Spring-y thank you card and matching envelope!

While you wait for tonight’s video – I’ll go live at 8pm Eastern on my Facebook page (here) – take a moment and get entered for the Blog Candy!  Every $25 (before shipping and tax) order thru my Online Store gets an entry – and right now there are only 8 entries.  So…pretty good odds, y’all!  Scroll on down for a reminder of what’s up for grabs and how to get entered to win!

Better yet – take two moments and join my team before the Sale-A-Bration Joining Special passes you by. 🙂

See you tonight! 🙂

Scroll on down for the card cuts and all the products you’ll need to make this one for yourself – let’s make it together!

Use this host code when you order and receive a free gift from me! But, if your order is over $150, please don’t use this code (you’ll miss out on your own Stampin’ Rewards if you use it) but you’ll still get the free gift. The free gift is your choice of any item valued up to $10.00 in the 2016-17 Annual Catalog or the 2016 Holiday Catalog! And – you can even select one of the Host-exclusive sets! See my Rewards page for more details.

Spring is springing!

The Canadian Geese are returning.

The Dogwood trees are glowing bright in the woods!

The trucks are covered in yellow pollen.

And – our first hummingbird of the season was on my feeder last night!!

No.  Really.  That’s him – in the yellow circle.  That’s a picture thru my window and window screen.  At dusk.

Not like I could go out the back door and get a really good shot – hello?

I was so excited to see him – I’ve had the feeder out for about 10 days now, just in case a scout came by.

Finn was very excited, too.

Not really.  He just sat and watched politely while I tried to get any sort of picture of the little bird.

He was ready to go do the ponies.  Work to do, Mom, we’ve got work to do!  And – it’s bird, for cryin’ out loud!! 😉

  1. I am looking forward to joining you tonight. I will have to sub something for the carrots as I don’t have that set. I don’t have the baker’s twine either so I’m glad you’ll be using a different element! I wish we had hummingbirds in our area but alas we have to make a trek north to see them. They are fascinating birds. In NYS there is a hummingbird walk at an Adirondack museum. There are signs all along the path that tell you facts about hummingbirds. Did you know their hearts can beat as fast as 1,260 per minute? See you real soon!

    • Looking forward to it, too, Karen! I’ll use the “regular” Cherry Cobbler Baker’s Twine – the one twisted with white. I love the hummers and could watch them dance around for hours! Guess that heartbeat’s why they need so much food available! Thanks! 🙂

  2. Looking forward to seeing your live video tonight! 🙂

You are a tease! But it works, because I will be there to make a card with you. Great to know the hummers are starting to head north. I will wait a couple of weeks to put my feeder out thought.
    Foggy here today.
Just hope Finn isn’t like my neighbor dog who comes over every day and barks at the birds.

    • Yeah! I’ll be glad to see you on! When I looked up “when should I put my feeders out in GA” – the website said to leave one up all year long here! I was surprised, but went ahead and put one out. Glad I did! 🙂
