Stampin’ UP! Take a Look at the Pretty Party Kit!

Happy Happy Hawwwmp Day, y’all! As I predicted last week – THIS week is….CRAAAAAZY! It’s the final few days before we head west and I’m. behind. WAAAY behind. Or – at least it feels that way. You know that feeling? Where you cross one to-do off the to-do list and then add three to-do’s that still need to be to-do’d?? Yeah. That’s where I’m sitting!! AND – all while trying to ACT like all is normal so that Finn and Addy don’t start to get worried. The struggle is real, y’all!

So – again as I said I would last week, I’m bringing a little calm in the storm. That’s how kits have become for me. When my mojo is tired – I can pull out a kit and just…make. I usually do it while I’m on a Zoom the Craftrrom chatting with friends! Which is exactly what I did with the Pretty Party kit! When I was done making and chatting I had nine fun cards made and ready to go!

This is a stamping kit (yeah!) and the box had everything I needed to complete the cards – including the Pretty Party stamp set and a Cajun Craze Classic Ink Spot!

In the pursuit of total transparency – see? I can use buzzwords, too! – I DID change two of the three sentiments in the kit. I almost always need thank you cards so…I pulled out the new Words & Wishes stamp set!

This first card I made exactly as the kit suggested – as a super fun birthday card! I love the big, fun popped-up balloon!

Stampin’ UP! included a cute balloon stamp and suggested stamping the front of the envelope. Which I did (of course!) and I added them – with a second sentiment – on the inside, too!

For this next one – I snagged a Thank You sentiment from the Words & Wishes set and added it over the shiny gold label from the kit! And – that sentiment is not crooked. It’s the light shining on the label. That’s my story and I’m stickin’ to it! 🤦‍♀️

A second sentiment – and the balloons from the kit! – finished off the inside of the card. Did you notice the pretty envelope flap? The envelopes came that way! BOOM!

Finally – my fave of the group – I just LOVE the huge bouquet of balloons – and several of them are popped up – there are cute die cuts in the kit and you just put them right over top of the printed image on the card front! This is another one that uses sentiments from Words & Wishes!

I really love this gorgeous kit – it’s just too fun! And I’m glad I bought two of them! It’s another example of how much Stampin’ Up! has upped their Kits game!!
