Good morning, y’all! It’s Thursday – which means it’s time for another Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop!! We’ve got a sketch challenge to work with and I’m excited to see what everyone brings to the table – I just know you’re going to see a ton of awesome-ness on the hop today!
When I saw our sketch it occured to me that it would be fun to use the big Beautiful Leaves die cut for part of the sketch. So I did – and added a sentiment from the Holly Jolly Wishes and a little leaves image from Little Delights on the inside. By a WEIRD coincidence…these ALL happen to be retiring!! 😉 Take a look-see:

I got some ideas for some of the elements from the Tic-Tac-Toe challenge. I went down the right side and across the bottom!
And I thought that white die cut looked like a snow-covered bough, so…perfect for The Paper Players theme challenge!
I started with a piece of Basic White that I embossed in the Timber 3D Embossing Folder – then matted on Basic White for the card front.
I used a Stitched Rectangle die to cut one of the darker metallic sheets in the Silver Foil Specialty Pack and embossed IT in the Timber folder, too. Then I adhered that to the card front with Liquid Glue.
I used the large die from the retiring Beautiful Leaves dies to cut a Basic White die cut – then I adhered it to the card front with Liquid Glue.
I stamped the retiring Holly Jolly Wishes sentiment in Versamark Ink on a piece of Basic White. Then I sprinkled it with Silver Embossing Powder and set it with my Heat Tool.
I cut it with a Stitched Rectangle Die and popped it onto the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Using the multiple small leaves dies in Beautiful Leaves, I cut some from the bright silver paper in the Silver Foil Specialty Pack.
I adhered the larger leaf and two smaller ones to the top left corner of the sentiment with Liquid Glue – and one small leaf to the bottom right corner.
Then I tied a small silver bow from the Simply Elegant Trim and adhered it with a scrunched up Glue Dot.
I added some Rhinestone Basic Jewels and the card front was done.
On the inside, I stamped the leaves from the retiring Little Delights stamp set in Versamark on a Basic White panel, sprinkled it with the Silver Embossing Powder and heat set it. Then I added a few Rhinestones.
I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Basic White mat and into my Thick Basic White card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done.
My Basic White Medium Envelope got the Little Delights leaves stamped in Smoky Slate on the front…
…and I embossed a piece of Basic White cardstock in the Timber 3D Embossing Folder and adhered it to the envelope flap.
Et Voila! White-on-white-on-white. With a smattering of silver thrown in! I love that big Beautiful Leaves Die cut, don’t you? And the Holly Jolly Wishes stamp set is all about Christmas-y holiday-y sentiments! Little Delights rounds it out with a leaves image that is remarkably similar to the leaves in the die cut! And – these are ALL retiring soon, so…grab ’em up while you can!

This is a showstopper! Gorgeous! I wouldn’t have thought to use that large die in white, but it is perfect for this card. Yep, looks like a snow covered bough.
