Thirteen states will be offering a sales tax holiday during the months of July or August. Alabama (started today!), Arkansas, Florida, Massachusetts, Missouri, Mississippi, New Mexico, Ohio, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia) are the thirteen affected states.
