$1 Million Dollar Sales Milestone Celebration Party!

Happy Monday, y’all!  Amy and I are up at Crafty Elk Lodge in the hiatus between our retreats this year.  It’s quiet – and hot! – and we’re just chillin’ out with the resident pups, Poe and Cooper!!  I think we’re going to go to the local apple spot and get some…well.  Apples! 🙂

So – I had a card planned to share with you today but…on Saturday, a thing happened here at our Retreat.  No worries – I’ll share that card with you on Wednesday.

But – Saturday afternoon, my teammies surprised me with a $1 Million Dollar Sales celebration party!  I was…gobsmacked, y’all! 🙂

Yep – they got this all set up without me having any inkling!

There were so many cards from so many people – it was amazing to open them all up!

All those card were perfectly arranged…

…in a beautiful bowl, handcrafted for me by Susan Stanley!

And there was a big bag that ended up being chock-a-block full of…a “few” of my favorite things – from Rosie Kean!

That photo – and my oh-so-attractive expression – and conveniently captured on “film” – was NOT staged!  It was quite the bag of goodies!

Yeah – that’s a bag filled with Linen Thread, Liquid Glue, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Reverse Tweezers, Mini Glue Dots.  I’ll be set for a LONG time!

But – there was still more!

Did I mention…gobsmacked?!? 😎

That giant basket on the end of the hearth up above….yielded many many amazing things! Judi Hartbarger, Tara Carpenter and Rosie Kean organized an entire CAMPAIGN!  And so many people contributed to help me celebrate!!

With that introduction to the theme of “the basket” …I dug in!

A nod to Finn and his influence on my life – and my business!!

Pizza anyone?! That Pizza Dough flavor is something I consider each time I make sourdough pizza – but…always decide not to buy!  Looking forward to adding it to the next batch!

This was the VERY first SU stamp set I ever purchased – and Judi re-made the first card I ever blogged – WAY back on 9 January 2015!!

Becky Graham gave me a sweet, personalized Notebook!

These two gift cards really  – REALLY! – amazed me! Very grateful for BOTH!!

A whole box of international DARK chocolates!!  These folks know me VERY VERY well! Yumm!

I am super excited to get this home and set up.  Judi pre-loaded it with 200+ photos that she gathered up.  That’s going to be fun to see!  This is another of those things I’ve really sort of always wanted but would never have bought myself!  So…thank y’all for knowing me!

…turned out to be a little “scrapbook” – filled with gift cards!

Janet “bling’d” up a fun Stampin’ UP! shirt for me!

I’d done pretty good staving off the “waterworks” – but then I pulled out….

…and I lost it a little. 🤷‍♀️

The group had pulled photos together and sent them to a Disney caricaturist and then Dale Gruer built a frame for it.  How cool is that?!

And the big basket itself…is totally wonderful, too.  Another one of those – been thinking it would be awesome to have one but…

After the presents  – there was a wonderful chocolate cake and bubbly that Judi brought from her favorite winery!

So – that was my Big Saturday.

One of the best afternoons I’ve ever spent and I can NOT thank the ladies who pulled it all together enough.  It was a logistical operation with OPSEC seldom seen outside SealTeam 6!!
