Stampin’ UP! Everyday Sincerely Noted Under the Sun Card

Good morning and Happy Happy Hawwwmp Day, y’all!  Are you having a good week?  I hope so!

Today’s card is super cute.  Super Quick.  And Super Easy!  All thanks to the Under the Sun AND Sincerely Noted Mix & Match Epehemera packs!  I chose a few from each pack and added them to a cheerful card front from the Everyday Essentials Mix & Match DSP.  Take a look-see:

I played with the Tic-Tac-Toe challenge again for some of the elements on this one. This time I went down the middle: Summer – Free – Layers and across the middle: Any Color – Free – Sentiment.

I started by adhering a 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″ piece of Everyday Essentials Mix & Match DSP to a Calypso Coral mat for the card front.

Then – I pulled of the Under the Sun Mix & Match Ephemera Pack and…stuck on a cute van – all ready to head to the beach!  These die cuts are self-sticking so…super easy!

I adhered a sun from the pack and a large cloud – both from the Under the Sun Mix & Match Ephemera Pack.

Then I added a small cloud from the pack with a couple of Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I adhered a white Baker’s Twine bow with Liquid Glue.

The sentiment is from the Sincerely Noted Mix & Match Ephemera Pack – I adhered it over the bow with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I colored five light Sunset Sparkle Sequins with my Dark Timid Tiger Stampin’ Blend.

I added the colored sequins here and there and the card front was done!

On the inside, I added a watermelon slice from the Under the Sun Mix & Match Ephemera Pack to a Basic White panel.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to the inside of my Misty Moonlight card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done.

My Basic White Medium Envelope got another watermelon slice from the Under the Sun Mix & Match Ephemera Pack on the front…

…and more of the Everyday Essentials Mix & Match DSP on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  The Everyday Essentials Mix & Match DSP has a ton of fun, colorful paper designs to choose from – and it’s perfect to pair with any of our Mix & Match Ephemera Packs – like the Under the Sun and Sincerely Noted Packs!  Put a few pieces together on a card base and…you’re ready to mail!

2026 BACK TO SCHOOL SALES TAX HOLIDAYS!

Thirteen states – plus Puerto Rico! – will have Sales Tax Holidays for school supplies in July and August and some Stampin’ Up! items qualify for the tax break in those states! According to state statutes, “items normally used by students in a standard classroom for educational purposes” are eligible. And – this includes select Stampin’ Up! products! BOOM!

The states with upcoming tax holidays are:  Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts**, Missouri, New Mexico, Ohio**, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia and Puerto Rico.  So, if you live in one of those states or Puerto Rico, take a second to download the sheet below and mark your calendar!  NOTE: The table on the left shows the states, their dates, and the limit.  The right-hand table shows the SU! Items that qualify! And yes – ALL the Stampin’ Dimensionals qualify!! 😎

**MA & OH Special Note: Unlike the other participating states, Massachusetts and Ohio are not limited to the products listed in this document.                      Additional current Stampin’ Up! products may qualify based on each state’s exemption rules and price limits. (MA limit: $2,500 per item; OH limit: $20 per item.)

How Exemption Limits Work: Sales tax will not be applied to qualifying items priced at or below the exemption limit specified for each state. There is no limit to the quantity of qualifying items that may be purchased, provided each individual item does not exceed the applicable state limit.

Please note:  You have to place your order with Stampin’ Up! DURING the tax holiday period in your state in order to receive these items tax-free (so – that’s from MIDNIGHT local time on the first day to MIDNIGHT local time on the last day of the tax holiday).  Also, keep in mind that this is a STATE SALES TAX holiday and the state statute may not apply to county, city, and special jurisdiction taxes.

For those wondering about Georgia, Louisiana, New Jersey and Wisconsin, those states will NOT have the sales tax holiday this year.  Whaawaaaaa…. 🙁
