Happy Happy Hawwwmp Day, y’all! !! Hope you’re having a great week! We’re chugging along – I realized on Monday – during my Zoom the Craftoom! – that we’re inside two weeks before we leave for our trip! So…getting cards done, horse/house sitter confirmed (and triple confirmed), making sure kennel has all the records and info they need, thinking about clothes….yikes! It’s getting real, y’all! 😳
In the midst of semi-chaos (wait till the end of NEXT week!!) – doing a quick and easy and gorgeous kit is just the ticket! Which made it handy that my new Serene Scenes kit had arrived! I’d been really looking forward to this one’s arrival so…I was excited to put it together!
It’s a stamping kit – and it’s also one that went together speedy quick! In no time at all, I had nine beautiful cards ready to go! Take a look-see:
As with all our kits – everything I needed to put it together was in the box – including the exclusive stamp set and a Gray Granite Classic Ink Spot!
The cards and envelopes all have a lovely, textured feel to them as well as the beautiful framed scenes.
This first one looks like a prettily manicured estate – and I love the addition of the Gray Granite textural stamped image.
Stampin’ Up! even included a tree stamp to use on the fronts of the prettily-colored envelopes! I repeated that on the inside – with the addition of the texture image in stamped-off-once Gray Granite – along with one of the included inside sentiments!
The next design makes me think of Ireland – green hills stretching as far as the eye can see!
I repeated the inside decoration – using the second “inside” sentiment on this one.
The third design I loved the best – I think because it brought in some pink in the sky!
I really REALLY love this gorgeous kit – I’m so glad I bought two of them! It’s another example of how much Stampin’ Up! has upped their Kits game!!
