Good morning, y’all It’s Thursday – which means it’s time for another Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. We’ve got a color challenge to work with and I’m excited to see what everyone brings to the table. I just know you’re going to see a ton of awesome-ness on the hop today!
One of the cutest bundles in the new Jan-Apr 2026 Mini Catalog is called Woolly Friends – and it’s a Punch bundle (which I know everyone loves)! I used it – and the new Made With Love DSP to make a cute card for a friend. Take a look-see:
And here’s our color challenge. I used Pretty in Pink as my third color! 🙂
I started by adhering a pretty piece of Made With Love DSP on Basic Black for the card front.
I cut out the largest Stylish Shapes square – once from Basic Black and once from Pretty in Pink cardstocks. I adhered the black square to the card front – at an angle – with Liquid Glue.
On the Pretty in Pink square, I stamped the little butterfly – twice – and the grass image from Woolly Friends in Tuxedo Black Memento ink.
When the square was dry, I embossed it in the Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder. Then I adhered it to the card front with Liquid Glue.
On Basic White cardstock, I stamped the Woolly Friends sheep body and head in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. I stamped the little bow in Pretty in Pink. Using the bundled Woolly Friends Builder Punch, I cut them all out.
I adhered the sheep body with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added the head – at a jaunty angle – with more Dimensionals. I slide the bow up under the popped-up head and adhered it with Liquid Glue.
I stamped the sentiment in Tuxedo Black on a piece of Basic White cardstock and cut it out with the small Perennial Postage die – then adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I added some black Neutral Matte Dots (on the last Chance list!) and the card front was done.
On the inside, I stamped a Basic White panel with the little Woolly Friends butterfly (it’s so stinkin’ cute!) a few times in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and colored them with the Dark Pretty in Pink Stampin’ Blend.
I adhered the panel to the inside of the Pretty in Pink card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done.
My Basic White Medium Envelope got the little butterfly image a couple times on the front…
…and more of the Made With Love DSP on the envelope flap.
Et Voila! Oh. My. Goodness. Is it any wonder that the Woolly Friends bundle was one of the FIRST things I put into my pre-order cart?! It’s just too danged cute! And the Made With Love DSP adds a pretty touch – without being overly lovey-dovey or Valentine’y, don’t you think!?
I hope you like!
