Alabama's Back-to-School Sales Tax Holiday Underway Through Sunday - Alabama News

Thirteen states will be offering a sales tax holiday during the months of July or August. Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Massachusetts, Missouri, Mississippi, New Mexico, Ohio, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia) are the thirteen affected states. Tennessee and Florida are up next – 30 July and 31 July respectively! To see the names of all the participating states, Stampin’ Up! products that qualify, and sales tax holiday dates, click here.

Please note that you must place your order with Stampin’ Up! during the tax holiday period in order to receive these items tax-free (which is midnight on the first day to midnight on the last day of the tax holiday). Also, keep in mind that this is a state sales tax holiday; the state statute may not apply to county, city, and special jurisdiction taxes.

Finn Fan Fix

Well. Friday was VERY exciting for Finn! Okay – us, too – it’s been WAY too long since we’ve had company for dinner! Finn was able – as a dog-kid – to simply express his overwhelming happiness to just SEE EVERYONE!!

And he did!

He wiggled and jiggled and squiggled and smiled like a loon.

He tried to convince all the company that at THIS house, the dog eats pizza with the family.

He may or may not be right about that! 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Because he is who he is – he finally crashed when we got back in the house after going to the barn to feed.

But not before going into the living room to retrieve his Boo-Bear.
