Stampin’ Up! Follow Your Dream Chaser

Happy happy HAAWWWWMP Day!!!  AND – I think we’re going to have this weekend off so it really IS hump day!! 🙂  Whoo-Hoo!!

There are a couple of new announcements down below – one about a super Joining Special coming up on 1 July and the other about our Buy-Three-Get-One Free DSP Sale – also on the horizon and starting on 1 July.  So be sure to check them out, okay?

My card today uses some ideas from the catalog for the new Follow Your Dreams stamp set – bundled with the Chase Your Dreams Framelits (so you can get them together and save 10%).  And I added a some Tranquil Textures and Twinkle Twinkle DSPs.  Take a look-see:

I started with some Fresh Fig Tranquil Textures DSP and matted it on a panel of Soft Sea Foam for the card front.  Then I used my Banner Triple Punch to cut a banner end in a strip of Twinkle Twinkle DSP and adhered it to the card front with Liquid Glue.

On a piece of Whisper White card stock, I stamped the pretty dream catcher image from the Follow Your Dreams stamp set in Granite Gray ink.  Then I adhered it to its Soft Sea Foam mat and to the card front with Liquid Glue.

I cut the Chase Your Dream dream catcher in Soft Sea Foam – and adhered it directly to the panel with Liquid Glue.  I also cut the large sentiment die – twice – in Night of Navy card stock and adhered the two cuts together with Liquid Glue.  Then I added it over top of the dream catchers with Liquid Glue.

On some Petal Pink paper from the Petal Promenade DSP, I stamped the sentiment in Night of Navy ink.  I used my Stampin’ Write Marker to ink just the “Follow Your” portion of the stamp.  Then I snipped the sentiment out and popped it above the die cut sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped some Petal Pink, Fresh Fig and Night of Navy feathers – there are two images on one stamp, so I used my Stampin’ Write Markers – on Whisper White and cut them out with the matching Chase Your Dream dies.  I adhered the two single feathers with Liquid Glue and popped the double-feather on with a few Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I tied a small bow from some Night of Navy Medium Baker’s Twine and adhered it with a dab of Liquid Glue.  To finish, I added some Twinkle Adhesive-Backed Sequins and the card front was done!

On the inside, I added a single Petal Pink feather in the middle of a Whisper White panel.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Soft Sea Foam mat and into my Whisper White card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done!

My Whisper White Medium Envelope got a Petal Pink and Fresh Fig feather on the front…

…and some more Twinkle Twinkle DSP on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  What a beautiful set this Follow Your Dreams bundle is, y’all!  I LOVE the detailed dies – and the SENTIMENT die! – in the Chase Your Dreams Framelits – they’re gorgeous and perfectly complement the stamped sentiments!  Don’t be shy about looking for likely papers in your stash – there are so many wonderful designs and colors just waiting to be used!  Hope you like!
