Good morning, y’all – I hope you’re having a good weekend so far! As you know, we’re traveling and today we’ll arrive in Colorado! Yeah!
Getting out of the house was the usual semi-controlled chaos.
By which I mean totally OUT of control chaos!
Finn was calm, cool and collected. And taking NO chances that we might be planning to leave him behind.

Good morning and happy Monday! We’re finally all the way home – I know this cuz we’ve been to Walmart for groceries AND….we got the Man home!
This is the last installment of my Trip Blog Posts. I hope you’re not sick side-ways of them! But – you know where I’m headed – stupid number of pictures, yada yada – get a cuppa something blah blah…
The arrival of Venice in our porthole signaled the end of the cruise portion of our adventure so it was with mixed emotions that I saw it when I got up last Monday morning. Even our towel hephalump was sad…
Well – today is our fly-home day! It’s going to be a long one, no doubt. We go thru Washington-Dulles and won’t be home until around 9pm. So…we’ll go get the Man tomorrow morning. I can’t wait to see his wiggle-butt!! 🙂
This is sort of…the second half of our cruise – from Dubrovnik – land of dragons! – to Split, the last of our ports-of-call.

We arrived in Dubrovnik to the sight of the beautiful coastline – you port in near the “modern” part of the city.
Good morning, y’all! This is a bittersweet day for me – we disembark the beautiful Wind Surf powered yacht to begin the land-based portion of our trip! I am sad – I’ve had such a wonderful time on this cruise – the ship – the ports – the amazing peopled. This is one of the best crews I’ve sailed with – they literally knew our name by the second day – and what we wanted for dinner by the end of day 2. I canNOT say enough good things about each and every one of them!
We’ll head into Venice for a quick walk-about and then board the express train over to Cinque de Terra for phase two of our vacay – so that made this seem like a great day to give y’all a first-look at where we’ve been so far on this amazing trip!
