Stampin’ UP! Lovely Beautifully Celebrated Sneak Peek for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good morning, y’all It’s Thursday – the FIRST one of 2026!!  And that makes it time for another Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  We’ve got a sketch challenge to work with and I’m excited to see what everyone brings to the table.  I just know you’re going to see a ton of awesome-ness on the hop today!

I pulled out part of the new Lovely & Beautiful suite – coming SOON in the Jan-Apr 2026 Mini Catalog – to make today’s pretty card.  I used one of the bundles in the suite – the Beautifully Celebrated bundle, plus the coordinating Lovely & Beautiful Specialty DSP and the Beautifully Adorned Ephemera Pack!  Take a look-see:

And – here’s our sketch!

I started by adhering a piece of new Lovely & Beautiful Specialty DSP to a piece of Old Olive cardstock for the card front.  I adhered a strip of gingham paper from the pack, also with Liquid Glue.

Using the second-from-largest Beautifully Celebrated label die, I cut out a Basic White label.

I used the brush end of a Dark Fresh Freesia and Dark Peach Pie Stampin’ Blends – striking them against an acrylic block to add splatters on the die cut.  Then I adhered it to the card front with Liquid Glue.

I pulled a few die cuts from the new Beautifully Adorned Ephemera Pack – all gold foil embossed vellum die cuts (SO pretty!).  Using the Dark Old Olive and Dark Mossy Meadow Stampin’ Blends – I colored two of the leaves die cuts.  Note: I colored the FRONT of the vellum – so it looks sort of stained-glass-y! 🙂

I cut out three Fresh Freesia sprigs using a die in the Beautifully Celebrated set – this is going to be one of my fave die cuts, I can already tell!.

Using Liquid Glue, I adhered the vellum leaves and die cut sprigs to the card front.

I used Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere a Beautifully Adorned Ephemera Pack rose over the foliage.

On a 1/2″ x 2 5/8″ piece of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the Beautifully Celebrated sentiment in Fresh Freesia ink.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the sentiment to a 1/2″ x 2 5/8″ strip of the Lovely & Beautiful Specialty DSP and then used a combination of Liquid Glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere it to the card stock.

I added some – okay…NINE!…of the new Pearlized Faceted Circles (part of this Suite and coming on 6 Jan!) in white and Petal Pink – and the card front was done!

On the inside, I stamped the pretty sprig image from Beautifully Celebrated in Fresh Freesia on a Basic White panel.  Yes – this will be a fave IMAGE for me, too!

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to the inside of my Peach Pie card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done!

My Basic White Medium Envelope got the Beautifully Celebrated sprig on the front…

…and more of the Lovely & Beautiful Specialty DSP on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  Now – the theme of the Lovely & Beautiful suite is very much oriented towards weddings and anniversaries – but…as you can see – it’s ALSO going to be great for sending cards to friends.  This Beautifully Celebrated bundle is going to be a workhorse – I love the nesting label dies in the set – and the beautiful foliage!! The Lovely & Beautiful Specialty DSP has gold foiling on one side, and pretty non-foiled designs on the other!  Finally – the Beautifully Adorned Ephemera Pack is gorgeous – I LOVE vellum die cuts and especially when they’re embossed with gold!!
