Stampin’ UP! Moonlit Front Flap Fern & Flora Sneak Peek Card

Good morning and happy Tuesday!  Hope you’re enjoying your week – and maybe some nice Spring weather?  Our pollen got knocked WAAY down on Sunday so…it’s awful nice here right now!  We even opened some windows!  Yeah!

I’ve got another sneak peek at the Moonlit Flora DSP and coordinating Fern & Flora bundle – both coming new on 5 May (less than a month!!) in the May-Aug 2026 Catalog!  This time I made a fun and easy little fun fold thank you card for you.  Take a look-see:

The layout for the front is from the Try A Sketch on Tuesday challenge!

I started by adhering some pretty Moonlit Flora DSP on a Secret Sea mat for the card front.

To that, I adhered two strips of one of my fave designs in the Moonlit Flora pack with Liquid Glue.

The front flap card is just a 3 1/4″ x 6 1/2″ piece of Secret Sea cardstock, scored and folded at 3 1/4″.  I cut another piece of Moonlit Flora DSP – centering the large Luna Moth in the panel.

Then I adhered the panel to the front of the small card base using Liquid Glue.

I cut a short length of Crisp Cantaloupe 3/8″ Bordered Ribbon and adhered it with Stampin’ Seal.

On yet another design of the Moonlit Flora DSP – I stamped the Fern & Flora sentiment in Secret Sea ink and cut it out with the smallest Perennial Postage die (available now and carrying into the new catalog – yeah!).

I adhered the sentiment over the ribbon with Black Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Using the dies in the Fern & Flora set, I cut out the little flower petals in Basic White…

– and used Liquid Glue to adhere two of them (circled above) together to make a flower.  I added an Old Olive Dewdrops Embellishments to the middle of the flower and adhered it to the sentiment with some Liquid Glue and a Black Mini Stampin’ Dimensional.

I added some new clear Dewdrops Embellishments cuz they’re really pretty – and the front flap card front was done!

For the inside of the front flap card, I stamped a second Fern & Flora sentiment in Secret Sea on a 3 1/8″ x 3 1/8″ piece of Basic White cardstock.  Over the top, I stamped a small fern from the set in stamped-off-THREE-times Peaceful Pine ink.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to the inside of the front flap card base, used Liquid Glue to adhere the card to the front of the larger card base and the card front was done.

On the back, I used Liquid Glue to adhere a 7/8″ x 5 1/4″ piece of the Moonlit Flora DSP to a 4″ x 5 1/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to the back of the card base and the card was done!

My Basic White Medium Envelope got the small Fern & Flora fern stamped three times (without re-inking) in Peaceful Pine ink…

…and more of the Moonlit Flora DSP on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  This front flap fun fold is a cool way to do a little sumpin-sumpin different – without a lot of extra thickness and weight. The Moonlit Flora DSP does the bulk of the work on this one – it is SO stinkin’ beautiful!!  A quick sentiment, a die cut flower and some stamped foliage from the Fern & Flora bundle are the icing on the cake!
