Good morning, you guys. Hope you’ve had a good week and are ready for an even better weekend!
LAST weekend, one of my friends (Chris of the Matt and Chris twins I’ve told y’all about!) asked his sweet girlfriend to marry him and, not being a stupid girl – she said YES!! Whoo-hoo!! So – I needed to make a card for them – one not to froofy (for him), but….sweet enough for her!
The Happiness Blooms suite seemed like just the ticket, so – out it came! And I used a sentiment that I pulled from the Happiness Blooms Memories & More Card Pack, plus one from the new Perfectly Paired stamp set. Take a look-see:

I started with a piece of Whisper White that I embossed in the Polka Dot Basics TIEF and matted on Lovely Lipstick for the card front.
Then I cut two designs from the Happiness Blooms DSP, matted them on Lovely Lipstick and adhered them to the card front – the tall strip with Liquid Glue and the square with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
There was a perfect sentiment on one of the cards in the Happiness Blooms Memories & More Card Pack, so I cut it out with a circle Stitched Shapes Framelits die and used some Stampin’ Dimensionals and Liquid Glue to pop it onto the card front.
I punched three Pineapple Punch flowers with one of the little punches in the Bitty Blooms Punch Pack (bundled with the Bloom By Bloom stamp set) and adhered them with Liquid Glue. Then I added a Night of Navy Happiness Blooms Enamel Dot to each one and the card front was done!
On the inside, I added a sentiment from the Perfectly Paired stamp set in Night of Navy. Then I added a flower from Bloom by Bloom in Lovely Lipstick, and a center in Pineapple Punch. I also added a few little Pineapple Punch flowers around – giving them Happiness Blooms Enamel Dots centers.
I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Lovely Lipstick mat and into my Pineapple Punch card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done!
My Whisper White Medium Envelope got some more flowers on the front…
…and a different design from Happiness Blooms on the envelope flap.
Et Voila! I hope Chris won’t think this too girly! And I do hope they like it and know it comes with the happiness we feel for their future lives together! This Bloom By Bloom stamp set is so much fun – especially when paired with the Happiness Blooms DSP and Memories & More Card Pack. Perfectly Paired is a sweet little set to congratulate the arrival of a tiny human – but…”Congratulations” works for lots of occasions! Hope you like!
